Lue carried her to one of the blanket that he had layed out for himself and set her down on it, not really caring if she did spring back into animation and attack him. His legs gave out from under him and he instantly went to sleep, he was tired enough when this mess had started and he was exhausted right now.

Abby remained unconscious for a good couple of hours before she started twitching, and then finally lifted her head. Void eyes were gone and she looked around through purple ones again, though things looked a little blurry. She had a massive headache too, and for some reason the back of her neck felt kind of funny. She twisted her neck until it popped in two different directions, and then slowly got to her feet. She couldn't figure out how she had managed to fall asleep right away, until she remembered what time of the month it was and why she had been traveling alone in the first place. Then her eyes got real wide and she looked around frantically, finally noticing Lue on the floor beside her. She squeaked when she saw him, but was relieved when she realized he was still alive. Where was Ku though? She squeaked again and backed herself up against a wall. "Please say I didn't...." she whispered. Looking around she noticed the signs of a struggle, though she couldn't recalled it taking place. But the way she guessed things had happened was that she had drank and killed Ku, then buried and burned him, and then went back for Lue but ran out of time......Or at least she would have believed that, if it wasn't for the fact she was still hungry. Maybe Ku had found a place to hide, she hoped. She decided that perhaps she should just leave before someone decided to take vengeance and slowly started toward the door, giving Lue one last glance before hanging her head.

((*figures it is time for Ku to jump in*))

Ku, who had fled up to the rafters at the struggle, opened his eyes at the sign of morning and gazed down to Abby, observing her quietly. She seemed sad as she turned to leave. Ku swung across the rafters with his tail and hung directly in front of the door, upside-down, in front of Abby directly. He stared at her with his unfaltering green eyes, expressionless.
He gave her a twisted, upside-down smile.
"Man, you gotta teach me how to do that. If I wasn't such a sissy I probably would have helped Lue. Anyway-"
He leapt down easily and stared at her pointedly.
"-I believe you have some explaining to do?"

Lue's ears twitched, he had tried to stay alert all night in case Abby still was trying to get him. He groaned and rolled, pain shot down his back as he lay on his wing, he let out a yelp and sprung up. He looked around the room, he felt cross-eyed because his eyes still heavy with sleep. He looked around, Abby and Ku were no where in sight, he started to think they left him until he heard Ku's voice outside. He still just sat there though, he had a terrible headache as the beating from last night settled in.

Abby jumped back when Ku appeared out of no where, though she was incredibly glad to see him. However, she did kind of wish she was allowed to leave unnoticed, now she would have to explain everything. She wasn't sure if Ku was trying to make a joke when he called himself a sissy or not, but she wasn't in much of a laughing mood right now. "I-I don't know what happened. The last thing I remember was saying I was going for a walk, and then I woke up on the blanket; I have no knowledge of what happened in-between that time. I knew the full moon was coming, but I thought I had another day. That's why I was alone when you found me; I didn't want to hurt anyone." She squeaked and looked behind her when she heard Lue yell, then looked down at the ground, tears welling in her eyes. "But I did anyway."

Lue heard more voices but stayed in his dazed state. He sighed and laid back down, figuring Ku could take care of Abby for the time. He wanted to know what the hell happened last night but he would probably find out later. He knew it had something to do with her being a vampire and the full moon but that was it. What was upsetting was that she never mentioned anything like this, she could have at least warned them that is was going to happen that night...

Ku frowned, his mind working on this sudden concept.
Last night was a full-moon night, in which Abby had acted completely out of character and attacked Lue without any memory of the fight at all. This is what she'd said.
Would she have lied? Ku thought about this. It seemed unlike her, though she rarely let in what she was thinking about. Though in her situation, one would end up with a sort of closed personality.
He figured she wasn't lying about her having no recollection of the previous night, but he wasn't going to rule out that possibility completely.
She changed at the full moon. As far as Ku knew, vampirisim didn't have anything to do with the moon in particular, only that transformation would occur at night.
Then again, Ku did not know much about vampires or Abby.
Dismissing his thoughts for a moment, he turned and looked at Abby. She needed comfort.
"Listen-" he said, raising her head with his paw and staring directly into her eyes,
"Wounds heal, broken bones can be mended and people forgive." he said, turning away and padding over to Lue. "I'm sure Lue will forgive you, once he understands the story a little better. He will get better. He will heal."

Abby blinked which caused tears to roll down her cheeks. She listened to everything Ku was saying, though she wasn't sure she believed him. And what if she had actually managed to sink her fangs into them? Ku and Lue were the only friends she had, with the exception of a ghost kid that liked to follow her around; she would have eaten her only friends. She didn't see how anything like that could ever be forgiven.

When Ku moved out of her way she wanted so desperately to bolt forward; run away and forget about both of them. She was part vampire, part dark faerie, she could live without friendship. Yet something kept her from leaving and she slowly turned to follow Ku, figuring she at least owed an explanation before she left. But when she went to speak, the words got caught in her mouth. She merely sat there, staring at Lue with her ears pinned back.

Lue had his back to them, trying to sleep a few extra hours before they left for the caves, he figured that they could eat or whatever while he was sleeping and he could catch something on the way over there. He was about fully asleep before the rustling grew louder till they sounded as if they were right behind him. His ear perked up and he moved his head to see Abby sitting with her head down out of the corner of his eye. He really didn't want to talk to her right now, if anything he just wanted to leave the subject alone but knowing females, she would want to talk about it...

"Get up." Ku said, nudging Lue gently. "You're leaning on that wing and you're going to make it worse. Besides," Ku said, glancing at Abby. "We need to talk."

Abby's gazed shifted to her feet and her tail flicked behind her. She would have been perfectly content with not talking about what had just happened, and the thought of just running out of her crossed her mind again. But she knew she couldn't just run away from her problems; she had a roommate that would drag her back by her toes if she did. She looked back up at Lue, eyes looking over his wings before actually resting on his eyes. "I-I'm sorry about last night. I'm not entirely sure what happened, but I clearly hurt you. But please believe me when I say I didn't mean to."

[Kiweh]

Lue sighed, "Yeah yeah..." He said rolling on the other side and locking his eyes on Abby's saddened face. He listened to her apology, not understanding how she couldn't remember something like that but then again he didn't want to think that it was really her last night. He nodded and got up, wiping the tears off her face, "Just next time a warning would be appreciated..." He said and walked past her, not wanting to discuss it any more.

Abby looked down at the ground again and sighed. "Sorry, I would have warned you but I was sure I had another day, and I thought I would be long gone by then. But consider this your warning, every full moon a darker side of me appears and rips into me like a monkey on a cupcake. To my regret, I cannot control it. However, it's probably the only thing that's kept me going." She stopped there, figuring Lue wouldn't want her to explain what she meant. He was just about halfway out the door and she figured he didn't want to talk about any of it.

Lue stopped, "You mean you were going to leave us?" He asked not understanding what she meant by 'I thought I would be long gone bu then'. He really wanted her to stick around, he definitely wasn't going to make it out alive with this overly happy kougra.... Yeah Ku was great but just a little too optimistic for him. He hadn't listened to anything Abby had said after that, something about a cupcake but that was it, he was focusing on the leaving part....
