"I'm from Mystery Island. I'm just on vaction now with my family," she replied, fiddling with the camra in her hands. The picture of Lue was still showing, and she quickly swicth it to an older one, not sure if Lue was alright with them seeing it.

Daani scribbled something in her notebook suddenly, then tugged on Checkr's sleeve to have her read it.
"we've got to go.. NOW"

Checkr looked confused, "Why?" she asked Daani, but then realizing the others were probably more than a little puzzled, tilted the notebook so that they could read it aswell. She looked from the horizon to Daani, back and forth, as if expecting soldiers or some other sort of threat to apparate out of thin air.

She wrote on the notebook which Checkr still held, "I can't explain it, it's just a feeling. But we need to head for the Haunted Woods right away."

Checkr thought this over. "Maybe.." she stated, "The Brain Tree will know something. About your voice." Thinking this over she nodded to herself. For one so young, the kyrii was quite well traveled, though she had never seen this Brain Tree, she had heard stories about it. Besides, there were witches in the Haunted Woods too?
"Alright." Checkr said, after a moment. "What about you guys?" she asked Lue and Phyn, then smiled a bit, "Up for an adventure?"

Lue shrugged, "I've been to the Haunted Woods before, I guess I can help..." He said making an excuse but thought the idea of traveling and looking for a voice was pretty appealing. He did think that this feeling that Daani had was weird though, it could be one of those train things again. He looked at Phyn, hoping she would go even though her parents would probably go against it...

Phyn listened, but the whole thing seemed odd to her. She glanced at Lue, catching his look and shuffling abit. "I don't know, the Haunted Woods is pretty far. My parent would be really worried. But I want to go," she mused aloud, fiddling with the charm around her neck. But she made her desicion, however much she might regret it later. "Yeah, I'll come. My parents are probably going to kill me though. And I don't have an excuse," she said, giving them all a serious look before smiling again.

"Sweet!" said Checkr, nodding happily. She looked to Phyn and grinned, "Don't worry, once they see that you're back, they'll just be happy that you're home." Checkr said as if she was wise in all such parental matters.

Daani tugged on Checkr's sleeve, as if guestering the urgency to leave and leave now. She wasn't sure what brought it on, she just had that feeling. And she had another feeling that she should trust that feeling.

Lue gave Daani a weird glance but did say anything, knowing he had already gotten in enough trouble with her. "Ok shall we go?" He asked taking a step in the general direction of the forest. He was glad that Phyn was going but he couldn't help but feel overruled by all these girls.... Why was he sticking around them anyway? He didn't even remember the kyrii's name... Ah well, he didn't have anything else to do.... Lue sighed and waited for an answer.

Daani answered him by nodding and walking forward and past him into the direction of the Haunted Woods. She was confused as to why these people were even bothering with her, but was glad and didn't question it. Even Phyn was leaving her family, prone to worrying them to death before they came back.

"Yep." said Checkr, staring off in the distance, perhaps hoping to snare some sense of great undertaking- an adventure! Places to see, people to meet, great challenges.. rewards.. trials... - but really found nothing save a sense of faint uneasiness. But that didn't serve to change her mood at all.
She followed Lue and Daani without a glance back, save a tiny one to see if Phyn would follow. She wasn't too worried about her family.. They wouldn't miss her... much...

Phyn had been fiddling with her bag and charm, working away her guilt factor. Well, she could come up with a story, and it was better than her cousins. He took off after the group, tagging along next to Lue, burshing her hair out of her eyes and grasping her camera with one hand. "So, I've never been to the Haunted Woods. What's it like?"
((How would Daani know about the Haunted Woods anyway xD?))

Daani could not answer Phyn's question because she herself wasn't sure. She just had a feeling that they needed to at least travel in that direction. How the name came to her, she knew, was that she'd obviously had some grasp of Neopian geography before this morning. Since knowledge of the land and numbers and such did not fall under the memory category as names and faces and dates did, she could easily answer that Faerieland was, indeed, in the sky, and Maraqua had been built anew a year ago if asked, as they were trivial questions. Not questions relating to the memory part of her brain. ((There's a little science lesson for y'all.  )) |

Lue shrugged, "It a forest... With trees and plants..." He said not really knowing how to describe it, "It's usually dark and uhhh, not very bright." He said now thinking he sounded 'not very bright'. He noticed Phyn's nervous look as she twiddled with objects around her, "Hey don't worry..." He said smiling, "I help you come up with a great story to tell your folks." He laughed and nudged her, walking a little faster to catch up with the other two, looking behind him and nodding for Phyn to follow too.
