Figure I should start an attempt with Tookei, though I've been afraid to do anyhting with her incase the pound messes up. Really I need to see how she works, so I know if I should start planning alternate ideas.
For now I'll leave her personality blank and see how it develops. Her ref is on DA, I'll put a link her later. She has the power to materialize fabrics, which would be good since she's supposed to be a fashion designer XD.
No more than 3 more people please. Setting is.....sunny? I'm thinking of just keeping it simple with Neopia Central, but if anyone else has a better suggestion, I'm open for it. Maybe Terror Mountain?

Tookei shivered, pulling the thick cloak she as wearign tighter around herself. Despite the abnormally bright sun today it was still cold, even in the lower regions of Happy Valley which she had set off from. Her large hood managed to cover her large ears, but it managed to give her head a lopsided shape because of them. Her dark fur would have shown drastically from the snow if it was showing, along with the bright vibrant colors of her wings and the markings on her arms and tail.
Under the thick brown cloak she was wearing a dark red vest not uncommon to be wearing in these parts, along with blanks pants and boots with the similar purpose of keeping her warm. Her tail was wrapped in an odd looking bundle of cloth, in yet another attempt to cheat the cold. she had ditched her gold braclets during this particular trip, so her wrists were just as bare as her arms. Along with everything she was carrying a backpack full of supplies to help her survive the few days she was planning on spending in the mountains.
Tookei scanned the horizon with dark red eyes, looking up at the slope ahead of her and casting a quick glance behind her. Her friend Phyn had told her that travelling was good for inspiration, and with the compeition of designers trying to get a job with the new mall in Neopia Central, Tookei needed all the inpsiration she could get. She sighed, and continued trudging through the snow.

A loud scream followed by the crash of breaking dishes echoed in the still quiet of Terror Mountain, appearing to come from the outskirts of the alley, where a gray form flew through the wall of a small cabin, the type tourists would rent out. Approximately three seconds later, the door of the cabin was wrenched open, a very irate looking shadow kougra, fully bundled up and holding the broken off handle of what appeared to have once belonged to a mug.
"OH COME ON Skypii!" he yelled, "It's just hot chocolate! Not like you have to drink it... Guh.."
Vann fell to muttering under his breath, then shivered and slammed the door. The wocky meanwhiles, was floating just above the snow covered branch of a pine, perhaps forty or so feet in the air, looking at the cabin suspiciously.
Skypii looked rather ridiculous - he was garbed in one of those "full body" very unflattering eskimo-snowsuits, complete with a fluffy hood, which was pulled over his head, and matching snowboots. The entire ensemble was also white, making him look like a huge marshmallow, which was probably why he was wearing it. His red glowing eyes and gray ghostly glow contrasted oddly with the colors.
Deciding his brother was not about to yell at him again, he began wailing, "OH POOR VANN, BORN UNDER THE CHOCOLATE CORRUPTION! IS THERE NO WAY TO SAVE HIM?!"

((Ok I was thinking this would be before Rasi has joined my family, met up with Vi, and before the magic accident ok? If not then that's fine but I just wanted Rasi to work at that ski resort xD))

Rasi leaned against the wall of the ski resort sign in, his hand stuffed into the pockets of his dark brown jacket and his hood pulled up to cover his ears. He watched the people come and leave from various stores, being able to see practically everything from the hill he was currently perched upon. His green eyes locked on one of the rented cabins used by tourist. A rather glum looking kougra walked out, practically covered from head to toe in layers of clothing. Rasi laughed; he himself was wearing a plain white t-shirt, jeans, and a dark brown jacket. His sleeves were pushed up to his elbows, showing the transition of light grey fur, which covered his whole body, to white fur. The weird thing was that he looked quite comfortable and indeed he was.
"Hey, isn't your break over? You've been lounging around for almost a half hour now! Get back in there!! This is the fourth day in a row!" The sour lupe yelled at him, his eyes baring down on Rasi. Rasi scowled, and looked away from his boss, knowing for a fact that he was right.
"Fine, fine..." He said, taking his hands out of his pockets and raising them slightly to show defeat. He shook his head and made his way back to his post, taking the longest way possible to get there.

Tookei stooped once she reached the top of the slope, looking down at the ski resort tucked away in the chilly mountainside. While not her final destination, she was hoping someone would be able to give her some directions for a decent expedition around the moutain, but if that didn't work it would at least be an excuse to keep warm.
She shivered as she looked down as the skiiers making their way down the mountain with ease and pulled her hood and cloak closer before begining the trudge down, her tail dragging in the snow behind her.
