Thanks ^^ The coat was surprisingly easy to draw, and I keep thinking something along the lines of 'squee!' whenever I look at it. XDD Yes Ara is a bad girl... *wags finger* Sure but I'd need to put it in scraps; it's not enough to be a real deviation... *cough* at least not in my opinion.

Ok, well here's an update of progress. It's going slow right now cause linearts my worst trait when it comes to drawing. But here's what I've got so far, and it's not much.
Critiques are great XD.

Ooh, that's so pretty. Keep at it, it's good!
I like how you made the lineart smooth, yet jagged somehow.. (Starling's bad with words, lol) XDD
The only thing I have to say is that Checkr's nose is pink instead of black, but that's really not a big deal, lol X333
If you wanted to, you could add more folds and such to the clothing, but again, i know it's still in the early phases and it's a style preference too.

Yeah, I'm bad with folds. I was planning on adding them with the shading later, but don't expect anyhitng phenomenal with them. They don't like me.
And I'll fix checkr's nose XD.

I think folds will ruin the wholesomeness of the picture. (I'm not saying you're bad at them! XDDDD) There are just some pictures that look good with them and others without them. I'm loving the picture so far, and if you add folds to the clothes I'm afraid it will ruin it.  Also, do you happen to have the pictures from first phase to now? (i.e., when only Phyn was there, then Lue, then Daani, then Checkr added in, etc.) |
