Goodies -- When she was alive she had a husband and a children. One of her kids got sick right after it was born and they did all they could to keep it alive but it died, Dre found out that she too had the disease but refused to get medical treatment for it and tried to live her life to the fullest before she too died. She then became a ghost but had no desire to haunt or anything so she quietly watched her family live without her and then die. None of them became ghost so she was forced to move on after that. She tried to find the secret to 'move on' but ended up asking the dark faerie for help who gave her a job. Her job is to punish those who have done things that are wrong but have not physically gotten punished. She is the guilt factor, she delivers nightmare to the 'client'. She absolutely hates her job but has no other way to live her 'life'.
