The one thing I cannot stand in Neopia, is GUP (green uni project)

For those of you that don't know what it is, here is a basic summary:

Okay, a GUper stocks up on Geeen Uni morphing potions, and pound surfs. They do this, (Or go to an UFA pet board and guess times or whatever) until a painted, limited edition,or restricted pet shows up, (or any mix of those) and morph them into green unis! A while after, they pound them again, and the cycle goes on.

What if those were transfer pets!? I mean, they HAVE morphed draiks and krawks and the funny thing is, the user usually has rare pets. Why can't they let pets be!?

I dunno.. I think the whole gist of it is pretty funny, but I know i would be extremely... irritatated, to put it lightly, if someone took one of my transfer pets and turned them into a green uni....

I saw a complaint on that in the editorial once... TNT said it's okay, nothing's wrong with it, unless it's a transfer, but even then it's risky so they can't do anything about it.

I think the idea is that so people stop using pets as 'trophy pets' and to show that you should love your pets equally, no matter what colour or species they are. Hypothetically, you'd love your faerie xweetok even if she was a green uni.

I can imagine why it'd irritate people though. I doubt it'd effect me, as I don't even trust myself to transfer rare pets between accounts. xD

I think the GUP is stupid. What's wrong with being painted and abandoned,I'll tell you what nothing! There just being stupid when they waste all that time just looking for a painted pet to morph.
