I'm just throwing this idea out to the other admins and any active non-administrators who have an opinion on this.
could we possibly have a news & updates section at the top of the main page, perhaps, like where the guild navigation is? It would only be viewable on the main forum page, I think (for convenience, for it to be seen on every page would be unnecessary) and it would just kinda cool.
It's just that we can't keep pushing all the updates into the News Fader (as much as we'd like to - it's so cool :3) and we still need something at the top like 'welcome to neoplay, a neopets roleplaying guild, bla bla bla' for new members, guests, and people who can't join the guild on neo. There is the webbie, but I'm unsure how many people actually view that. *shrug* It's just an idea, I'd really like to see what people think about this.

Yeah that sounds like a great idea ^^ You can do it, cause your good with tables and html and stuff like that. I would like to get some of the stuff out of the fader because you can't read it all before it fades... Ok so a few things that we should add --

I think that we should have that nav thing from before, with links to the guild and stuff, on the other pages. Mainly because I'm--I mean, WE'RE--all so used to it. ^^

Hmmm.. I have an idea.. Kinda strange, but maybe we can list RP advertisments or something? Like if someone wants to rp or yeah...
But that's for the advertisement board, no? XD

I think listing open public RPs are good. That way people wouldn't have to go searching to find an open one, since there a lot of RPs here.
And in the table could we get rid of some of the huge spaces? Just that I don't like how you have to scroll that much when we could make it shorter.

With the roleplay idea, what if we had something like a 'Featured RP' where the council could swicth off choosing an open rp for new people? We could stick that in the bottom where there isn't really anything at the moment.

I updated the table, on the fornt page, what do you guys think of it? And I changed the wording on the Big RP notice, it sounded kind of odd to me before.
