Ara heard a whole bunch of noise coming from somewhere. It sounded like.. Cera! She followed the voices and finally found Cera. She made herself visible again. "Hey Cera, it's me, Ara," she said. "I told you I'd be back."

Cera brightened up shen she saw Ara, "Ara!!" She said excited, "What took you so long?" She asked but the shadow bori cut in, "No time for chit chat, get the key." He ordered, urging Ara to get the key.

She looked around and found one single key hanging from a ring on the wall. She grabbed it and unlocked the cell. "I couldn't find you," she explained.

Cera nodded and threw open the door, "I figured that, they put me in a different cell than last time." She explained getting out of the way so the other bori could get out. "Ok now what?" She asked hoping that Ara would have more in her mind than just them two escaping, they couldn't leave all these pets to get zapped into mindless zombies!!

"All right: you can go around and free the unzapped pets, but if a guard comes anywhere, fly up to the ceiling or whatever--just hide. I'll go see if I can break the system so the machine doesn't work anymore. Once we've got most of the people out of here, you're going to run for it and I'm going to release the zapped pets on this place. I'll stay to make sure they mutilate the place while keeping the machine safe in case it can turn them normal. I'll bring Tahtrei down here later to destroy it, if I'm not killed by the wild pink zombies." She got another idea, and pulled off her black sweatshirt, showing the baggy ash-white shirt underneath. She concentrated, and made it invisible. She dropped it on the ground. It stayed unseen. She picked it up from where she felt it on her shoe, and gave it to Cera. "Put this on, it may help keep you unseen."

Cera nodded and tried to find the holes for her arms then pulled it over her head. It felt as if it were on backwards but she just left it alone, having enough trouble putting it on already. She looked at herself, she looked like a floating head and a pair of legs but she didn't complain. "Ok good luck..." She said praying that nothing would happen to either one of them, and took the key, heading for the first cage of unzapped pets.

She nodded once, and then hesitated, then grabbed Cera's invisible torso in an embrace that lasted only a second before she rushed off and flew away on her invisible wind of a body. She wasn't sure what possessed her to hug Cera, even if it was a short one, but she assumed it was probably due to the dreading feeling in her stomach that she may well never see her again. She'd only ever hugged her owner, and it was always discreetly or when she couldn't be seen doing so. But she really felt like Cera was her friend, which was different from the enemy vibe she sent to and recieved from everybody else. She only knew she thought Cera a friend by how she felt a friendship towards Lilium. Quickly she flew off as an invisible breeze and tried to focus on the plan.

((Cera will probably think Ara's hugging her was weird, but if you look over the rp, she [ara] has kind of changed a bit. She's showing her softer side to Cera because she really feels like she is her friend, and she's never really had a friend before, besides me, but that doesn't count. When was the last time she snapped at Cera or acted uncaring and all, "whatever, she's just a stupid person like everybody else in this world"?))

Cera stood motionless for a moment, trying to fathom why she was just embraced so quickly... She felt the feeling too though, she might not see Ara again... Now she wished she would have had time to hug her back but it was too late now and she had a job to do. She went over to the fist cage and opened it, not really thinking about what she was doing, just doing it.

Arathyne made her way to the machine. It wasn't hard to find - it was the center of the hub and every room had a way to it. Several pets were being zapped, and she cringed at the terror she saw in the eyes of the pets waiting in line for their turn. She couldn't help herself; she solidified her hands, keeping them invisible, picked up a strip of metal that had fallen to the floor, and whacked it across the back of the heads of all the guards. They fell to the floor. Ara said to everyone, her voice echoing in the room, "All right, you people. Those who have yet to be zapped, please exit through this door." She flew over to the door she and Cera had first come in through and opened it. "Come on, hurry, you lazy bums! You wanna keep your brains or not??" They still hesitated, but then they hurried over to the door.
((Haha, but Ara's still snappy. That's good, though - if she changed completely, it'd be totally unrealistic and we wouldn't have our cynical little Arathyne anymore. ^-^))

Soon all of the pets were out, they were all confused and but happy to be out. There was an uproar of questions though, "what is going on?" "Where are we?" "Who are you" And so on... "People be quite!" She yelled, trying to get everyone to calm down. Her worst fear came true though, three guards walked though the entrance, tasers in their hands.
"WHAT THE...?" One of them asked, looking at all the confused pets.
"YOU!" the grarrl from earlier said looking straight a Cera and charging up his taser.
Cera panicked, "Come on if you want to get outta here then we need to go now!!" She screamed at the pets. The shadow bori looked over at her and then shook his head, "Hey lupes, come on follow me!" He said and charged at the guards, their tasers still not charged. The guards started walking backward, realizing that there were about fifty pets and only three of them... There was a huge scramble but they all managed to make it out and into the hallway. Cera, in front, trying to herd them all in the right direction.
((Cera: *puts on cape and stands in front of fan so cape blows* Super Cera!!! dun dun dun!! to the rescue!!))
