Ok Dre is weird and yea she can do bunches of stuff ^^
Ok her job is to deliver dreams to those who have sinned but have received no punishment for their sins. It doesn't matter if the sin was an accident or whatever she will still punish you (muahahah). It is her job, she has to do it.... If she doesn't then she will be striped of her powers and be a regular ghost for eternity. Her little hope of going to 'lupe heaven' relies on this job that never ends -.-
Ok well as 'the guilt factor' in things, she delivers nightmares to all the deserving all she has to do is look at them. She has no idea what these dreams are about or why the person is getting punished she just delivers them...
She can, however, make her own dreams. She uses them to communicate with others at times. Sometimes she can even make them so realistic that some people mistake the dreams for reality and freak out ^^
When the magic goes haywire her dreams become illusions that everyone can see, so instead of just being limited to one person seeing them in their head, lots of people can see them with their eyes *gasp* and she thinks this is cool and joins the bad guys *nother gasp*
