Trei could feel eyes on her. She turned and gasped. There was Daani. She began to growl angrily. * Ara smacked his hand away and stood up. "Get out of my sight," she snapped. "Or at least, don't talk to me." To Cera she added, "I'm just fine."

Niko cursed when the rain started comming down. He hated rain, even though he was a pirate and always out in the wet, wet sea. Well, not now he wasn't. But that wasn't the point. The point is that in that instance he spotted people he knew he shouldn't have come across. For there, in all his confused glorey, was Willefethen, the explorer he'd been through so much with, and Vineta, the pirate who had changed his life in only a summer. With help, of course, help that he couldn't see precent here now.

Cera sighed and back off, she has never seen Ara like this before... She felt absolutely helpless.....
Rasi started walking down the street, catching the sight of the pink faerie bori and running to her, "Hey Cera!" He called but then was interrupted by a vision of fire in his head. He was in the middle of the fire, everything was going wrong -- "Dre stop it!" He yelled shaking his head, the dream dissapearing. Leave her alone for the moment... Dre said, coming into view with a frown on her face Rasi gave her a weird look and shook his head, "Dre, Dre, Dre...." He said, smiling, and then started to sprint toward Cera. "Cera!"
Cera looked up when she heard her name and smiled, "Rasi...?" She said wondering why he wasn't at the Pizza place.
Rasi smiled and joined the 'group', "What's going on?" He asked looking at Ara and the other two blood covered pets as his smiled faded

Gorrio, meanwhile, was attempting to get out of the store. The new flush of people was making it increasingly difficult to get the door open, and the hissi was doing his best to keep his cool. 'Excuse me's and 'please move's sounded through the air as he squeezed his way out of the confined space and into the crowd. While leaving, though, his tail swung cloze to the metal of the door, and a large green lightning bolt cracked through the space. People jumped away as the hissi turned, a confused looks on his face.
Why did that happen, I've had these powers under control, he thought, as he stepped out into the rain and tried to manuever his way out of the mob. People conitued to jump clear of him as he made his way through, sparks jumping with the rain and any contact to metal.
...of course the pirate xweetok standing nearby was a perfect target, with all her various accessories. As Gorrio tried to slither past her, a larger bolt arced through the air, striking one of the many metallic objects on her person.

Oh great, Niko was there too? This was too weird. Nervously, Will swallowed the knot in his throat and walked toward Vi, his heart beating so loud he thought everyone could here it. When he got to her, he said axiously, "H-Hi, Vi. fancy meeting you here."

Vi couldn't believe it. She just couldn't. After all she'd done to him, Will was still after her. She simply could not fathom such an idea. And Rasi--was he like Will? Was he so screwed up in the head that he still wanted her to be with him, to love him, even after all she'd done to him?
Oh, shit. Was she loved... by two men who's feelings she'd repeatedly shoved in the dirt? She didn't know how to handle this.

((I apologize for my tardiness, everyone. But I’m here now. ) “Wake up! You lazy sack of bones!” Came a holler from a pure black female kougress as she hit a male kougra up-side the head with a pillow taken from his bed. The darigan kougra sprung upright, and in doing so slid and fell off the bed. Blood red eyes glared into the lavender ones of his female roommate. “What the hell are you doing?!” He hollered back, clearly not pleased with being awoken. “It’s nearly noon and you’re still in bed!” The kougress snapped, ruffling her black, feathered wings and running her tongue across one of her vampiric fangs. “And what the heck? You’re fully dressed. Did you fall asleep in your clothes or something?” She asked, noting the darigan still wore his nearly gray blue jeans and black t-shirt that he had on the previous night. “Come on, Abby. Give me a break. I’ve only gotten three hours of sleep. Will you please leave?” The kougra practically begged as he coved his eyes with one of his arms, still laying on the floor. “Come on, Strips! We have to go! I don’t have time for this! The others are waiting for you!” The kougress snapped, barking orders as if she were the boss. Which she was and she knew it. “Fine! Just give me ten minutes to get in the shower.” The clearly exhausted darigan replied. Abby left Strips to get ready and headed back downstairs to her other friends. A brown, desert kau greeted her with an amused smile, having already known what had gone on upstairs. “Don’t worry, he’s coming.” Alisa said with certainty. “I say we just leave him to rot, no good son of a…” “Hey! Watch your mouth, Gand.” Abby interrupted before one of the heads of a two headed hissi could finish his sentence. “Yes, there is no reason for such language.” The other head on the body replied. Opposites in everyway, the two heads were. The nice head and the one scolding the other was known as Jorm. Before another word could be spoken on the matter, the darigan kougra walked into the room, looking less tired than he had before but still like he could use more sleep. “Okay, let’s go.” The female kougress said as she herded everyone toward the door of the neohome. “It’s off to the market with us.”

"L-Look, Vi," Will said slowly, "I'm not suire how to put this, but... and I mean I know this is kinda wierd and all, me just telling you this randonmly after not seeing you for so long, but..." He took her hand. "I haven't forgotten you. You're all I think about, Vi. Every night before I go to sleep I see your face, and then I dream about you. I constantly hear your voice in my mind. I..."

Vi jerked her hand back, horrified. Her fears were confirmed - well, partially, anyway. She looked around. Rasi wasn't looking at her, thank God. She scowled at Will. "How many times must I give you the goddamn message, Will?" she growled fiercely, eyes ablaze. "I'm not interested in any sort of relationship, ever!"

"Okay, Okay. Fine." he glanced at Cera, frowning. She sure was a bitch. Why? Wait a second. his brain slowly began processing information. Cera was friends with Ara. They seemed pretty close. Hmmm. Cera must have told Ara everything. Isn't that what girls do? Gossip? Great. He really didn't feel like trying to convince Ara he was innocent. Not that she was likely to listen anyway. But it's not fair, he thought. I've never had so many people that I care about judge me before. And I feel like a leper or something. Cera barely wants to look at me.
Roque stuck her tongue out and caught raindrops. She loved the rain, and she found all this rather unexciting. They were Dhia's friends, and -- Cera. He'd never stopped talking about her. When she's around, it's like I'm invisible. She had to admit, the decapitated cop was rather - erm, - exciting. She shook the curls out of her face and put her hands in her pockets. "Ouch!" Electricity crackled and a shock reached up her arm, striking a rather ornate bangle on her wrist. She spun around and turned to see a vivid green hissi. "What was that for?"
"Who's this..?" asked Dhiablos, gesturing to the other bori.

Cera looked over at Rasi and smiled, "He's just staying with us for a few days till he gets enough money to buy a house back at Terror Mountain." She said and crosses her arms.
"Yeah, I'm Rasi." The bori said holding out a hand to the ixi. He didn't know anything about Cera's past life, his move had been only a month ago.
"Why is it so cold? Rasi is that you?" Cera said, her breath was visible now ans she was rubbing her arms so get them warmed up.
"No...." Rasi answered, a worried look on his face. He didn't think he was making it cold, he was pretty sure he had his ability under control. No big accidents had happened in five years he didn't think anything would happen now...

Gorrio turned, looking back at the pirate with a confused look. "What was what for? I didn't do anything." he replied, his tail swishing back and forth along the wet ground, puddles on the ground glowing like radioactive waste.
He reached to brush his hand through his feathers, and as his arm reached his helmet, a large bolt jumped to the metal, crackling along it's surface. Gorrio flinched, blinking a few times and still with the obviously confused look on his face. "Uh, whatever I did, I'm sorry," he said sheepishly, starting to realize what must have happened. "Normally it's under control."
But now he was fully aware of the scattering electricity, and started to shrink himself as much out of the rain as possible.

Rasi looked over at the hissi, "He's having problems too?" He whispered to himself. It was now snowing in globe shape around him without him purposely doing anything...
"Rasi..." Cera said annoyed, moving away from him to get out of the cold.
Rasi smiled weakly and nodded, "Just checking up on you, we are all in the pizza place over there once your done talking." He said taking a few steps back, "Nice you meet you all." He nodded and walked away. He caught up to the hissi that past them a few moments ago and was careful to approach, "Hey, ummm, hissi!" He called out to him, hoping the hissi would know something about what was happening...

Gorrio turned, glancing over his shoulder at the approaching snowstorm. Well, rather the bori in the snowstorm. The hissi paused, one of his wings held over his head to help keep the rain out of his feathers. "Yes, can I help you?" he asked, his head cocked to one side aith attentiveness.
((I'm debating whether or not to bring Shallo in now, or later))

The pack made their way through the street toward the center of town, thanks to Abby practically dragging everyone along. Strips grumbled at being dragged through the rain, but his hissi companion seemed to be greatly enjoying it.
"Cheer up, buckeroo" the head known as Jorm said with a playful punch to the darigan's arm.
Strips merely growled in reply and kept walking.
"Maybe we could wait inside somewhere for the rain to quit?" Alisa suggested. Being able to read everyone's mind, she knew how badly Strips was hating being wet. But then again, it was obvious. She paused for a moment and got a blank stare on her face as she picked up on the surface thoughts of another person that wasn't in their little group. "Huh, that was odd...."
"What was?" Abby asked, not really wanting to know but feeling it would be impolite not to ask.
"I'm getting thoughts from others, but I can't pinpoint them." Alisa continued.
"I thought you had to be close to someone in order to do that...."
"As did I." Alisa replied, sounding just as puzzled as Abby.
The two both shrugged it off, figuring it was just a fluke, and went on to find someplace dry to stay with everyone else.
