A sort of innocent look had washed over Arathyne's previously shadowed eyes. Her eyes were not so icy when they saw the shattered camera. "Oh, no! What happened to it?" she wondered truthfully. She looked back outside. "What's going on? Where is Lucy?" A sort of panic filled her voice, and she was actually on the brink of tears. "Lucy? Lucy, where is she? Is she okay? Oh my--" The thought of Lucy with the same fate as those outside crossed her mind, and she almost screamed. People inside were staring at her, whispering things she blocked out. She grabbed her head and dropped to her knees, forgetting Phyn and everything.

Phyn backed away for a second, caught of guard by the sudden outburst from the xweetok. A sceptical look crossed her face at the mention of the camera, but before any sharp retort could escape she stopped with the girl's crying out. Phyn knelt down next to her, shooting icy glances at the people watching.
"Look, I don't know who Lucy is, or what's going on with you, but I'm sure we can figure it out. just pull yourself together, sit down, and I'll go find that bori that was with you. Alright?" Phyn asked in a low tone, figuring she was partely responsible for the xweetok's state.

She looked up at Phyn with wide and afraid eyes, and nodded. "You mean Cera?" she asked. She better be okay, she warned herself. If either she or Lucy are hurt, I will hunt down whoever hurt them and give them a piece of my mind.

Phyn gave a small shrug.
"I guess. It's not like a pink faerie bori is hard to spot. I'll go look for here, and you just wait here ok. I'll be back," Phyn said, frowned as she got up, holding out a hand to pull the xweetok to her feet. Eventually people lost intrest or backed away from the mutant, who was glaring around the room.
((I thought this was the other roleplay at first, and I was totally confused ^^))

Will was shoved into the mud, more hhurt emotonally than from the hit. Laughing people were silented, and Vi was staring at him wierd. He looked up at her. "Vi... do you really still hate me? I'm sorry,but I don't remeber doing anything wrong or bad to you."

Ara nodded, sitting down in a chair at the table. A bewildered waiter came by with the food. "She'll be back," Ara muttered. The waiter, not really caring, put the food on the table in front of Ara and walked away. She pushed it toward Phyn's empty chair. She didn't have the appetite she usually had, the appetite she had had before all this. Where the hell was Lucy? And was Cera okay? --------------------------------------------- Vi didn't answer Will, for she had just noticed the waterballs. She ran after them, then tripped. She landed in the water, and suddenly she found herself inside the inch-deep puddle zipping toward Rasi, then jumping up in a waterspout, swallowing the waterballs and hopping out of the waterspout before they killed Rasi. "Gomen nasai!" she muttered in Shen. "I'm sorry!" |

Phyn left as soon as she was sure the xweetok would be alright, and as soon as she went out the rain caught her. She wrapped her arms around herself as she looked about, looking for the pink figure she knew was around. The pirate caught her attention, and she shook her head with confusion. Something's obviously wrong here, she thought, was she looked about for the bori.
Water was soon dripping from her antennae, and the disgruntled ruki eventually caught sight of the bori. She hurried over, buzzing her wings to keep them dry. "Excuse me? you're friends with that faerie xweetok, correct?" Phyn asked, coming up next to the bori.

Gorrio chuckled at his predicament, allowing the bori to keep his hand. But he jumped with surprise as the pirate shoyru shouted at them. He wound up halfway down the floor, one hand grasped to the table and the other on the seat, sparks and bolts flying in his panic.

Cera was soaked, she had tried to stand under a tree to keep her somewhat dry but the effort was useless... She looked up when she heard her being questioned, "Wha...? Oh, Ara? Yeah I know her... Why?" She asked, her amber eyes looking around for the xweetok only to remember that she had stormed off earlier. "Where is she?" She asked sounding worried. She had never really been around Ara when she was this mad before... She was kind of afraid of her herself but she would do whatever she could do to help...

Rasi jumped, "Vi?" He said his eyes growing wide... He had tried to avoid her earlier but he couldn't understand why she was here now. "Please excuse me..." He said to Gorrio and stood up from the table, making sure to steer wide of the flying sparks. He went outside and looked at the pirate, snow formed around him and then hail. "I thought you were committed to the sea?" He said coldly ((xDDDD sorry had to do it)).

"She's in the pizza parlour, and I think she would be better off if you were with her. Do you know who Lucy is?" sheasked, after nodding in the direction of the pizza place. The rain was really getting on her nerves, but she ignored it for now.

Cera had to think for a moment but then nodded, "Yeah I think she must have changed her name, ummmmm, can you show me to her?" She asked but was already walking through the rain to get to her...

Vi could feel the heat flare up inside her. The rain puddles on the ground swirled upward into a great waterspout. "I come on land now and again," she grumbled, trying to cool down the water. What was up with her powers? "At least once a month I come visit my family. Lucy dragged us all the way here from--" She hesitated to say Shenkuu, seeing as it was the last place she had been before her boat crashed and Rasi found her blind and without a memory. She shook her head. "Whatever. It's not important. I don't even know why I bothered to save your life." She turned to walk away.
That's not true, an annoying voice in her head told her. You wouldn't be able to handle Rasi's death, would you? Nor could you handle Will's.
Shut up, she growled back at it.

((I apologize for my late, late, late, LATE, LATE LATE, LATE... okay you get the point... arrival ^____^;; But better (very)late than never, eh?))
Four figures made their way down the street of the marketplace, relatively untouched by the chaos of today. The street was beginning to clear.. Those who weren't driven away by the rain had been scared away by the strange happenings so far.
Three of the four figures walked nearly shoulder to shoulder. The fourth, a chestnut lupess, was careful to stay several feet away from the lot of them, holding the large, black umbrella she carried perfectly still above her head, sheilding herself effectively from the rain, dark brown hair billowing out behind her as she walked.
"What a miserable day." Nerrone, a pale-silver female lupe, commented. She also carried an umbrella, though it was forest green, almost mirroring the color of her overcoat.
The shadow gelert next to her nodded, "Tell me again why we decide to go shopping today..." Drift hadn't bothered with an umbrella, and he was starting to get a bit wet... aswell as irritable, despite the black trenchcoat he wore.
"We?" snarled Umber, though she fell into a grudging silence at a scathing look from her brother.
"Not we. Them." Checkr said, referring to their other siblings. The christmas kyrii carried no umbrella, but she wore a dark blue hoodie, and had the hood pulled up. This together with her bangs, completly hid one side of her face.
"Well, let's find them. I hate the rain." Umber growled, eyes flashing.
"For once I actually agree with you." Drift responded, narrowing his eyes at the lupe.

"EEEEE! Isn't this the cutest top?" A loud voice squealed at the clothes boutique. The orchid-purple aisha held up a bright pink shirt to her chest, and beamed. After a moment she opened an eye, "Saluki! Are you even paying attention?"
"Uh-huh!" the white gelert agreed, not even looking up from the box of jewelery she was going through. Her wrists already were choked with bracelets, mostly plastic ones, and she had a few necklaces on, but she still liked jewelery. Mainly for the shine-
"SALUKI!" Vixcy almost screamed.
The gelert jumped, looked at her sister with confusion, then smiled and clapped a few times. "Pretty!" She then went back to looking at jewelery.
Vixcy sighed, and turned around, almost bumping into Skypii. She jumped and let out a small shriek. This wasn't too ludicrous, seeing as the wocky's head was sticking out of the clothes rack. As she watched he flew the rest of the way through, then hovered above the ground a few inches. He was a ghost after all...
"Sister Mortal Vixcy," he said, looking unfazed by the fact that he almost scared the life out of her, but haunted that they were in such a girly store. "Can we leave.. The pinkness is most unpleasant and there are no marshmallows and I fear there may be chocolate."
The aisha sighed. "Fine... Where's Vann?" she asked, looking around. Skypii merely pointed; Vann was up by the checkout line, flirting with one of the cashiers. Vixcy sighed and narrowed her eyes. "Should've known.. Come on, let's go..."

Rasi's eyes narrowed, "Maybe because I saved yours..." He growled the hail becoming bigger. None of the hail hit him though, it was like he repelled it.... He watched as the water around Vi acted up, Her power is screwed up too.... he thought and turned his gaze away. Walking back into the ice cream shop before a blizzard formed around him. "Bitch..." He muttered sitting back at the table and looking out the window at her. "Sorry about that..." He said to Gorrio and smiled weakly.

"Sure, I left her at one of the center tables," Phyn replied, giving up the futile attempt to keep her wings dry and she followed after the bori in the rain. But as she nearing the doors she caught sight of a darker colored figure.
She stopped, the black winged lupe catching her attention. A slightly confused look crossed her face. Do I know him? He seems familiar? she thought, raking her brain for any time she had met anyone who looked remotely like him.
Then it came to he, and her purple eyes widened. She glanced at the bori as she made her way to the pizza place, and walked over to the lupe with disbelief.
"Excuse me, but is you name Lue by any chance?" she asked, any hard tone in her voice completely gone.
((Ha, the influence of multiple roleplays ^^))

Gorrio struggled up, hearing Rasi's comment as he slid back into his seat. "It;s no problem, was that someone you knew? With powers?" Gorrio asked, managing to balance himself on the seat with his tail curled around him. Most of the sparks had died down, but they returned occasionally.
