This is going to be a temporary storing of a story me and this person wrote over Neomail. Don't bother reading it--it's not good. Especially the other person's parts of it. XD I just want to keep it online for remembering's sake, and I don't want it on my fanfiction account anymore. This is the cheesiest, most horribly-written, and ludicrous thing I've ever read in my life. The italics are my posts, the non-italics are his (the other person, name Shadow) posts. Even my posts sucked, and we wrote this in early 2005 for like, five months or so. It amazes me how much my writing has improved in only two years.

NOTE: I did this story off an RP I did, so things may be a bit confusing. Don't worry, I took out all the RP chatspeak I had. Also, Link's POV are like this, just normal font and Zelda/Ganon, played by me,have their POVs in italic, like this.Bold italic, like so, are for any thoughts since I didn't want the italics to confuse anyone. If anyone has trouble reading this, just try the best you can. THANKS, and enjoy.

chapter one-meeting again
A dark figure watched Hyrule around him and the grazing black stallion below from the tree outside the Village. Many knew him, few did with his black tunic and cloak with the hood pulled down low; a light breeze blew his hanging down cloak. He looked like the legendary hero, and it sometimes dumbfounded people when they realized that he was.
Princess Zelda stepped into the dead courtyard. It had died so many years ago, as Zelda had forbidden anyone in it after Link saved Hyrule and she told him to return to his childhood.
He jumped out of the tree and headed for the Castle. The guards still wouldn’t let him, so he snuck around back. He leaned against stone way to the court yard.
Zelda hadn't wanted to remember the memories of Link and the past, but it was hard not to. So she had sealed them away in the courtyard, and had anyone set foot in it, they'd be released back to her mind. Finally, 10 years later, she decided the memories were okay to have back since she'd never see Link again and tell her her feelings.
She stepped into the courtyard and all the memories flooded back to her just as she heard someone behind her. She whirled around and gasped in surprise. "Link?"
Link slightly smirked and looked up, then back at Zelda. "How long has it been? How long ago did we really met last? What happen to the two of us Zelda?" He quietly asked her.
"10 years..." Zelda breathed. "I...you...I told you to return to your childhood and make up your lost time...and we haven't seen each other since..."
"I would had been happy not to return to that time knowing what I did..." Link told her gently, "You too probably..."
"Yes, it wasn't pleasurable for me to do so either, but I..." She shrugged it off. "You look...different...from what I remember..."
He looked away. "You would change too after saving a few worlds." He whispered.
Zelda sighed. She wanted so much to just forget the conversation and do something else, with Link, but it would be too obvious. She couldn't let him know, so she continued to talk.
"Did you save any other places during your childhood?" Zelda asked quietly.
Link nodded and sighed, "Yes... Tremain.." 'Should I asked her? Well... The worst would be a no or yelled at...'
"Oh. I see. And did you ever...think about..." She wanted to say "think about me" but it would give it all away. She didn't want him to break her heart. "...um, Hyrule?" is what she settled with.
"Yes... No where is it as nice as this place..." Link responded... "Um... Zelda..."
"Yes?" Zelda could feel her heart beat even more rapidly. She hoped that Link couldn't hear it. He seemed a bit...nervous, Zelda pinpointed. Link? Nervous? No, he's a brave hero. Why would he be nervous about anything? Zelda thought.
Link walked over to Zelda and hugged her. "Zelda... I... I really like you..."
Zelda was stiff from surprise at Link's hug, but eventually put her own hands around him and hugged him back. Her heart felt like it was coming up her throat, and it was beating even faster. It had only beat this fast whenever she touched Link before. "I..."
Link took a step back and looked away, slightly embarrassed... "I what Zelda?" He asked quietly.
"I..." Zelda couldn't find the right words. She looked at Link's red face and felt hers heat up as well. She wanted to tell him that she deeply loved him, but she didn't know how to say it. Did Link mean he liked her as a friend? She didn't know and it was confusing. Her reply to him was silence.
Link waited for her to say something...'Stupid! You should have said it! Not 'I really like you'!'
Zelda looked away from Link and bit her lip. She was scared, but this was the time to tell him. She could feel it. She decided that it wasn't good enough so she continued to stay silent. The silence in the courtyard was awkward. She begged for someone to break it.
Link sighed and turned away and started to leave. "I guess that and coming here was a mistake.." He whispered slightly hurt.
Zelda realized immediately what Link had meant. She felt extremely bad for hurting him. "No, it wasn't a mistake at all..." She wrapped her arms around him and hugged him comfortingly.
Link looked shocked. He looked at her, unsure what to do...
Zelda rested her chin on Link's shoulder and continued to hug him.
Link took advantage of the time, and lightly kissed Zelda on the cheek.
Zelda sucked in her breath at Link’s kiss and smiled.
Link waited for something to happen.
Zelda lifted her head and looked into Link's deep blue eyes. She tilted her head. Her forehead touched Link's.
'So... She does...!' Link looked into her eyes and waited...
Zelda closed her eyes. This is it, she thought. "Link, I..." she began, but was cut off by two guards rushing toward the courtyard. Disappointed, she backed away from Link and asked the guards why they were there.
"Is that...Link...with you?" one asked. Zelda nodded. He looked at the other guard. "It's a violation. Let's get him." The two guards rushed to Link and grabbed him. "Violation of touching the royal princess! To the dungeons with the hero!"
Link broke free off the gaurds and ran out of the Castle and Market, whisling for his stallion. The black horse ran beside Link and he jumped on him and dissapeared into the Desert... 'So close! Now... now I may never get to see her again..' He looked out at the Desert blankly, yet sadness and hurt could be seen in his eyes...'Zelda... I'll miss you...'
Zelda looked at the guards, anger filling her up. "What on earth was that for!" she scolded them.
Guard one said, "We're only following rules. Anyone who touches the princess-that'd be you-must immediately go to the dungeon."
"That's stupid!" Zelda crossed her arms over her chest and glared at them. "What about if I want to get married and have children?"
"That's fine if the man is approved by the king," the second guard said.
Zelda couldn't take it. Rage filled her. She sent a blast of light magic at the guards, who were flung back. She ran out of the courtyard.
Link walked into the Spirt Temple and walked back out where he had gotten the Mirror Sheild. He sat at the edge and watched the Desert...'I'm so very sorry Zelda... I can only hope that we met again...'
Zelda hopped onto her new white male horse. The one she rode on as a child, the time when she threw the Ocarina of Time at Link, had died by now. She rode her horse, named Link after the one she loved terribly, into Hyrule Field. Her first instinct was to go to Kokiri Forest, so she rode there.
Link sighed, hoping Zelda was alright... Below the black stallion half reared and neighed, he came down and snorted...
Zelda couldn't find Link in Kokiri Forest or the Lost Woods. She rode to Zora's River and Zora's Domain, but no Link. She went to where Jabu Jabu once was and no Link. She was getting feverishly sick with worry. Frantically, she tried to telepathically send Link a message. Link, are you okay? If you can't send a message back to me, I'm at Zora's Domain. She hoped desperately that he could hear the telepathic message and waited.
Link got her message. 'I’m fine... I didn't think that anyone would look at the Spirit Temple but you..' He sighed, and whistled 'Song of Storms' and it started to rain a few minutes later...
Zelda looked out of the rushing waterfall, hoping that any minute now she would see Link coming to reach her. Rain suddenly began to pour, and Zelda immediatly knew that he'd gotten her message. She smiled and the words "Spirit Temple" popped into her head. She hopped out of the waterfall and began to head for the Spirit Temple when a dark hand came out of nowhere and grabbed her. She cried out.
"Finally, I have you!" a dark voice said. It laughed evilly. Zelda's eyes widened. She knew who it was. "Now you will relinquish your Triforce of Wisdom to me!" Ganon said. He pulled her into the dimension gap. All traces of either of them vanished, but Zelda managed to drop a Triforce earring in the river.

chapter two- captured!
Zelda? Zelda! Zelda, what happen! Link tried to reach her again.
'She would have gotten my message by now!'
He ran back into the Temple and ran out and whistled to the stallion once more. The stallion keep pace with Link and he jumped on him and headed for Zora's Domain.
Zelda woke to an abyss of white. Ganon stood behind her, laughing wickedly. Zelda looked at her hand and couldn't find her triforce mark. She jerked her head around. Ganon laughed and held up his left hand. Zelda gasped. On it, two glowing Triforce pieces were on his hand: his original one and Zelda's. He laughed and said, "Now we'll just lure your pal Link here and I'll steal his as well!"
Zelda? Zelda! Zelda, what happen! Link tried to reach her again.
He jumped off the stallion outside the Domain and whisled the song to get in, then jumped across. He ran pass Ruto, not caring what she was yelling at him.
'Where did she go?'
Zelda stood up and tried to run from Ganon, but everywhere she went she just kept returning to him. Eventually he stopped her and laughed. "You can't go anywhere, here."
Zelda! Where are you! Link tried once more to get to Zelda as he walked around the Fountain, trying to find her.
Zelda hurried away from Ganon and kicked him. He blasted her with a blow of her Triforce magic.
"Oh no..." Link whispered, picking something out of the water...
Zelda was hit by the Triforce power and fell to the ground. "Link..." she whispered. Link, help me! And that was all she could hope to send to Link before Ganon's shadow loomed over her. She heard him laugh evilly in satisfaction as Zelda passed out.
Link drew the blade that Django had made from the two sister blades, and looked for Zelda. "Zelda!" He shouted a few times, standing at the waterfall...
Zelda had a nightmare about Ganon and Link fighting again. Link was injured very badly, and Ganon was about to finally kill him...
..."At last, I just need one final blow with you before I destroy you for good!" Ganon laughed. I was standing out of the ring of fire. I called out to Link, who looked over at me. Ganon smirked and blasted Link with a last blow of magic. Link lay dead on the ground. His triforce peice flew into Ganon's hand. He smirked at me, laughed evilly, and shot the magic of all 3 triforce peices at me...[/b]
Link was still wandering around the fountain...
Zelda awoke with a start. She sat up. Ganon was nowhere to be seen. She sighed and sent Link another message. Link! Can you hear me? If you can, just know that I need your help! She knew it wouldn't be enough, but at least she could count on having him hear it.
Link got her message and kicked at the water annoyed, still waiting for something to happen.
Zelda sighed, completely annoyed. Finally she thought of something. Link...I have something to tell you. I know this is kind of a bad time, and I'm sure you'll hate me for this, but...I love you. And if you love me back, then maybe a message from you will be strong enough to come to me. I'm sorry I didn't tell you this earlier. She waited.
Link looked shocked at Zelda's message. He case Nayru's Love and took a defensive stance, he forced all his power and will in to this one message. 'Zelda! And I you! Now.. Wh..Where are you?'
Zelda was overjoyed that Link had been able to send her another message. She felt wonderful knowing that Link felt the same way about her as she did him, but now was not the time for love. Now was time to get her back and defeat Ganon. She was ready to send him another message when Ganon reappeared. "It's time..." he muttered, laughing. He froze Zelda in purple ice and teleported him and her to behind Link. Ganon floated in the air, and so did the ice containing the frozen princess. "Hello, Link..." Ganon said coolly.
Link had fallen on one knee. He turned around and looked coldly at Ganon. "Curse you, you fiend!" He muttered, getting shakily to his feet.
Ganon laughed and placed a hand on Zelda's icy form. He released a shock of electricity into it and Zelda screamed. He laughed as the princess slumped to the bottom of the ice, her eyes closed. "Not too much longer now," he said, eyeing Link wickedly.
Link stealth his sword, and sent a Light Arrow at Ganon, and then at Fire at the top of the ice.
Ganon laughed and held up his left hand. The 2 triforce pieces glowed and a force field sent the arrows all back at Link. "Fighting only weakens her..." He laughed.
Link stepped out of the way of the arrow and swore at Ganon, looking from him to Zelda and back..
"I have her Triforce piece now. See?" Ganon showed it to Link. "Two pieces are better than one. And if you continue to fight me, Zelda will get weaker and weaker until she dies. So give up your Triforce piece or your precious princess is history." He laughed.
Link gritted his teeth, not wanting to hurt Zelda nor make Ganon stronger. He slightly growled.
Zelda weakly managed to open her eyes and look at Link. "Link..." she muttered. "Forget about me. Just don't give him your Triforce...he's already too powerful as it is..."
Link looked sadly at Zelda and shook his head. I would die before I would hurt you. He tried to message her.
Zelda got his message and nodded sadly. "But which is more important? The world's fate or myself?"

chapter three-battle for love
Ganon looked angrily at Zelda and shocked her again. She shrieked and fell back to unconscienceness. He looked at Link. "Stupid girl. I don't even see why you don't bother to just continue to keep your Triforce and fight me. It's not like she's important. But if you keep lingering without making a choice I will shock her again, but that time will be last and most painful. She'd have a limited time no matter what you do. I'll give you a minute to think about it."
Link sighed and jump-attacked Ganon...
Ganon smirked and dodged Link's attack while blasting him with Zelda's magic. He mixed it with the Power and it followed Link until it hit him.
Link fell and started to sink in the deeper water.. Zelda... I'm sorry....
Ganon swooped down, grabbed Link and teleported him to the white abyss gap. He let go of the wet Link, set Zelda's ice block aside, and blasted Link with a power blast. He laughed. "You see? I always eventually get my way."
Link was knocked out by the blast, he seemed to have died if it wasn't for the slight movement of his chest to show he was some what breathing..
Ganon laughed again. "Hey, why kill just one of you when I can kill you both? I'll just put the limit on Zelda anyway." He laughed and shocked Zelda. She screamed even louder in pain and fell to the bottom of the ice block, this time bleeding. "Her entire blood will fill up the ice block, Link, if you don't somehow defeat me in the next, oh, say about 10, 15 minutes or so, your little princess will be dead and so will you."
Zelda looked up at Link. "Link! It hurts really bad."
"I bet it does," Ganon smirked. He shocked Zelda again just for fun and focused another blast on Link.
Link got hit, and staggered weakly to his feet. He pulled out a dagger and threw it a Ganon...
Ganon wasn't prepared for the dagger. He had been too busy having fun shocking Zelda more and thinking that Link was too weak to fight to notice until it sunk into his arm. He cried out in surprise, looked at the dagger, then angrily at Link, yanked it out and threw it back at him.
Zelda looked at Link and tried not to cry. If she stood up, her own blood would be reaching her ankles. She felt weaker every second. She heard small voices in her head. It was the other Sages. They sensed she was in danger. They were piling all their power into her so she could transfer it to Link. She felt the power and then yelled, "Link! Heads up!" She blasted the power at him and he was covered in a rainbowish thing. She could feel the power draining her. "It'll help you fight. Hurry!"
Link stepped out of the dagger's way and grabbed the hilt. He nodded and drew his blade, and threw the dagger again and he tried to jump attack Ganon...
Ganon had, once again, been too busy punishing Zelda for giving Link more power when the dagger slashed him across the cheek. He grabbed it and crushed it to dust with his power. Then he used Zelda's Wisdom triforce power to heal the wound. "Zelda's got only ten more minutes..." He laughed.
Link jumped attacked Ganon, not caring that he had destroyed his dagger...
Ganon was a bit more vulnerable with Link's newfound power, but he was still very strong, and Zelda's life time was limited. Her ice block had already been filled nearly halfway with her blood and she had to stand up to avoid drowning in it. Ganon was hit by Link but threw him off and tried to blast him with another power & magic combo attack, surprised to see that it...missed.
Link resleathed his sword, and sent a Light Arrow, then redrew his blade.
'Django! This blade better work!'
Ganon got hit by the Light Arrow and fell on the ground, stunned.
Link jumped attacked Ganon again..
The battle went on like this for seven more minutes. Ganon was hurt badly, Link was hurt badly, and Zelda was 3/4 covered up with blood. Only her head remained un-bloody, but it was coming up to her chin. Who knew someone could produce that much blood? Ganon smirked. "I'm still more powerful. Listen, kid, the more you fight, the more Zelda dies. The less you fight, the more you both die. So I'll give you one last chance. Fork over the Triforce of Courage now! I'm just going to get it anyway, so why not give it up?"
"Give up? To you? Ha! Over my dead body!" Link replied, sending another Light Arrow and jump attack.
Ganon stood up weakly after Link's attack. "Over your dead body is right! You're a dead man, and Zelda's a dead princess!" He transformed into his "pig" form and slashed at Link with his two swords.
Zelda's mouth was now covered and the blood was going to her nose. She couldn't speak so she sent a message to Link instead: Link! Use your Triforce peice to power up your sword! Either throw it at Ganon which will kill him, or throw it at this ice which will save me and I can help you. Pick something![/b]
Got it! Link messaged back and ducked out of Ganon's way, then transported the Triforce's power to his sword and threw it at the ice Zelda was in.
The sword stabbed the ice. For a few seconds, nothing happened. "HA!" Ganon said. "You thought that would save her?" The ice had finally filled up with blood. But then the sword glowed a bright color and the ice exploded. Blood and shards of sharp ice flew everywhere, and some ice shards hit Ganon deeply. Zelda fell onto the ground next to a bloody-tipped sword.
Link ran over and grabbed his sword and threw it a Ganon, then picked Zelda up.
"Hi," Zelda said weakly. She looked into Link's eyes and felt like kissing him, but decided now was not the time. She jumped out of Link's arms and grabbed the sword. She handed it to Link and stunned Ganon with Light Power.
Link jumped attacked the fiend...
Zelda held him down with more Light Power. Ganon growled and tried hard to fight back. Zelda motioned for Link to keep hitting him until she couldn't hold him down anymore.
Link nodded and went at Ganon with everything he had. Waiting for Zelda to tell him to back off...
Zelda watched Ganon's moves closely. Finally she yelled to Link, "Okay, get away...now!" She fell down from using so much energy, but quickly stood back up. Ganon slashed at Link angrily, and accidentally hit the still bleeding Zelda in the blow. She screamed and fell to the ground.
Link jumped back and ran over to Zelda. He looked coldly at Ganon and sent a Light Arrow at him.
Zelda called to Link, "I can hold him down just a little longer, but if you don't defeat him quickly I won't be able to help you! I'm still bleeding, so I won't die from drowning in it, I'll die from lack of blood. So hurry, my time is still limited!"
Link nodded and got ready...
Zelda began to focus all the rest of her power and energy. In the meantime, Ganon was up and hacking away at Link. Finally Zelda shot all the energy and power left in her body and all of the Sage's power onto holding Ganon down on final time. "NOW!" she called weakly to Link.
Link wasted no time and went after Ganon with all his strenth, power and will...
Ganon was, believe it or not, helpless to defend himself with all this weight pushing him down.
Zelda said to Link, "Get ready, the final blow once again!" She charged an extra stream of energy into Link's sword while still focusing mainly on Ganon.
Link nodded, and jumped attacked Ganon, driving the sword hard into him.
Ganon stopped moving; Zelda fell to the ground, her eyes closed. Just then the 6 Sages appeared. "We'd best keep him in a stronger realm!" Rauru, the Light Sage, said. The others agreed. They put all their power into it and soon Ganon was gone. Then they all said something to Link before vanishing.
Rauru: Good work, Link. I'm glad you were able to do this in such a shorter time than before.
Nabooru: Awesome job, Link. Once again, you've managed to destroy our worst enemy.
Saria: Thanks for saving us again. Oh, and try to contact me sometime, okay? Haven't heard from you in 10 years.
Darunia: Nicely done, Brother! -karate chops Link, like he did at Dodogono- Good work!
Impa: Thank you for saving the princess.
All that was left was Ruto. She shyly came up to Link and said, "So I guess our wedding's off, huh? You love Zelda, don't you?"
Link walked over to Zelda and picked her up. He looked coldly at Ruto. "I could never fall for some one that annoys me. I'm sorry Ruto."
Ruto gave a small "hmph" and vanished, giving Link a disapproving frown.
Zelda was still lying on the ground. The last of her blood was draining from her body.
Link let a fairy loose over Zelda and healed her to a point. "Zelda... Oh Zelda, please... Please be alright.." He whispered.

chapter four- revived
The fairy flew over Zelda's face and then flew away. Zelda could hear Link's soothing voice coming closer into focus. She let a mumble escape her lips just to let Link know she was okay. She still couldn't open her eyes, but was almost strong enough to.
"Shhh... Rest Zelda... Just rest..." Link whispered to her.
Zelda finally opened her eyes, but only a bit. "Mmm...Link? Is that you?"
“Shh.. Rest Zelda... Don't worry, I'm here.." Link whispered to her.
Zelda laid her head back down. The sages had teleported them back to Zora's River from the white abyss-y place. "Link...I'm...I'm sorry..."
"Rest Zelda... Tell me later." Link told her gently.
Zelda tried to sit up, but it was weak and she collapsed.
Link reached out and grabbed her before she hit the ground. "I told you... Rest and I'll worry about getting home." He told her gently.
"Okay..." Zelda didn't really want to rest, but she apparently had no other choice. She laid her head down on Link's lap and stared into his blue eyes. Then she closed them and fell asleep...
Link sighed and watched her.
Zelda dreamed about her and Link...it was a happy dream...she never wanted it to end unless it would happen in reality...
Link gently picked Zelda up and started to head back to the Castle.
Zelda felt herself being lifted...it was like a cloud... One of the guards looked questioningly at Link, but let him pass since he had Zelda. He walked up to Zelda's chambers and layed her on the bed, and sat down leaning against the bed and dozed off himself...
Zelda woke an hour and a half later to see herself in her room. Link was sleeping next to her. She looked at herself. Her scratches and scrapes were gone, probably the fairy's doing. She sat up and yawned.
Link awoke a little after Zelda and looked up at her. "Um... Hi.."
"Hi...um...I'm all better, see?" Zelda blushed crimson red.
"Um.. Yeah..."Link replied unsure and uneasy...
Zelda stood up. "Well...I guess you should go...you know, before the guards come and it happens all over again..."
Link got up and went to the window, and sighed. "Yeah... I probably should..." He whispered, "I hope that we could met again, but not likely." He pulled his hood down and climbed out the window. "Farewell Princess Zelda."
Zelda rushed to the window and watched Link climb down the wall. "Goodbye, Link..." she said mournfully. A tear rolled off her cheek and onto Link's hat. She ran out of the room and down into the courtyard again to cry. She loved Link so much, and yet knew she could never have him. It obviously would be too hard and thus was not meant to be.
Forgive me Zelda... Only... That's it!
Link turned around and slipped into the courtyard, and crouched on top of the arch way... He was waiting for some one to noticed him now...
Zelda heard footsteps enter the dead courtyard. She turned to see Link and smiled broadly. She ran to him and hugged him tight.
"Would your father kill me if I asked?" Link whispered to her...
"Ask what?" Zelda looked into Link's eyes. She felt as if she could get lost in those beautiful deep blue eyes easier than she could get lost in the Lost Woods...
Link slightly smiled. "For your hand..."
"Really?" Zelda lightly caressed Link's cheek.
Link nodded.
"I don't think he will...you've saved us all many times...he actually is quite fond of you..." Zelda laid her head on Link's chest.
Link smiled a bit and held Zelda close.
Zelda looked back into Link's eyes. She leaned her forehead on his, just like before, only this time, she made sure those meddling guards wouldn't disturb them this time...
GUARDSG1: Why are we in the dungeon? We're guards! G2: Yes, well, it's Princess Zelda's order. G1: Maybe we shouldn't have tried to snatch Link. G2: Maybe... they look at each other BOTH: Nah! Link looked back into her eyes.
Zelda closed her eyes.
Link waited...
Zelda leaned forward and lightly kissed Link's lips.
Link looked surprised but returned it.
At that time, the King was walking by the window out to the courtyard. He did a double taked at look surprised at the two..
Zelda didn't notice her father catching them. She was back on her happy cloud and that was all that mattered. Only this time, Link was with her in reality, not fantasy.
Link looked in the window and broke away from Zelda. "Um.. Zelda... Behind you..."
She looked behind her and blushed crimson red again. She waved to her father. "Um...hi, dad..." she said, highly embarrassed.
Link looked away, felling stupid for being seen like that with the King's daughter..
The King stood there, a complete and totally shocked look on his face. "Link! Zelda!" he shouted at the two.
"You think we're in for it Zelda?"
"Nah. He's waited years for me to do this with someone. He's just surprised that it's you."
"Really? Huh, doesn't act like. Its more like he's going to beat one or both of us around." Link told her.
"Link! Zelda! Get in here! NOW!" The King shouted at them.

chapter five- engagement
Link looked at him blankly. "Think it wise to go?"
“He'll definitely kill us if we don't. He's kinda bossy." She grabbed Link's hand and ran into the entrance room where her father was. "Yes, dad?"
“’Ello m’lord. What might it be?” Link asked, half bowing.
The King chuckled at Link. "If you like her that much, ask!"
Link rose and looked from Zelda to her father with a slightly shocked look.
Zelda smiled encouragingly to Link.
Link thought for a minute. "M'lord, might thy have thou's daughter, Princess Zelda's hand in marriage?"
The King smiled. "Of course."
Zelda smiled and hugged Link tight.
Link smiled and returned the hug. He chuckled at the King who was 'dancing' with every guard in the room.
Zelda laughed at her father but blushed a bit in embarrassment. She kissed Link on the cheek.
Link returned it. The Queen walked in and gasped. Link looked at her and smiled. The King went over to her and started dancing with her.
"Come on," Zelda whispered to Link. "Let's leave." She grabbed Link's hand again and took him out to the front of the castle. She walked him around and they reached the area where Link had to crawl through to get into the castle as a child. "How did you manage to jump into there?"
"There were milk crates here, but it seems that there long gone." Link told her, then whistled. A few minutes later a black stallion came up beside him.
Zelda looked at Link's black stallion. "What happened to Epona?" she asked, climbing on.
"I was never fond of Epona, but I found NightWind as a young colt, alone and hurt in the Desert. He stayed with me after he recovered, and been with me since then." Link told her, jumping on the Stallion himself.
Zelda scooted behind Link and wrapped her arms around his stomach. "My old horse died," she said. "You know, the one that I was on when I threw the ocarina at you. Ganon killed her, and I just got a new one about a year ago. I named him after you." She blushed.
"Really? Sorry to hear that, but thanks." Link reply, at little unsure on what to saw. He clucked to NightWind and the stallion went off in a trot. "He'll pick up speed outside. So that's when you really should hang on Zelda."
"Okay." Zelda looked behind her and noticed her parents waving to her. She blushed again and smiled back at them. Then she looked around. Guards were everywhere, but she signaled to them to let them pass and that it was okay. Finally they got outside the castle gate.
"They seem to suddenly hate me.." Link noted, and NightWind started to move fast as the reached the end of the Market.
Zelda hung onto Link. "They don't hate you, exactly. They're just being protective in case you've gone evil and are trying to snatch me away."
"Oh well..." Link shrugged it off as NightWind moved faster towards the Lake.
"Because you're all in black and your horse is black. People are starting to think your evil, even though I know you're not." Zelda looked around at Hyrule Field passing by. "Hm. If you were evil, you would've just kept fighting Ganon and not given a thought about me. You would've wanted all the power to yourself. But you didn't."
"Oh well... As I said, I would die before causing you pain. You mean way to much to me, and the love we share is stronger than anything else, other than the Triforce's power."
"Yes. So, where are we going to?"
“I was thinking the Lake...”
“Sure.”
Link nodded as NightWind jumped the double fences and slowed down.
Zelda took a look around Lake Hylia. She frowned, and then groaned in annoyance. "Link, the lake is empty again."
"Oh Din!" Link mumbled, then turned NightWind and headed for the Forest.
"Sheesh. This is so annoying. I just hope we don't have to deal with Ganon again anytime soon. It was cold in that ice and my blood didn't taste so good," Zelda said. "I think that he gets even more evil and smarter about our weaknesses every day."
"I know...”
"We just got through with him less than 8 hours ago. How could he possibly break out again, do you think?”
"No... It took this long for him to break out... It would take longer for the next time."
"Perhaps... but we can't be so sure, can we?"
Ganon paced around his new white abyss prison, only it was much more smaller than the first one. He looked at his hand. He still had Zelda's triforce peice. He put in the 2 piece's powers and was able to track down Zelda and Link. He watched them angrily. "All I have to do is find out their weak points, escape here, and finally get that punk kid's triforce."
"Either way, that... Great. This isn't good..." Link started, looking a the infested Forest.
"Link...I don't know if you know this already, but...Ganon has my triforce piece. He stole it from me, and now he's twice as powerful and determined to get yours."
"I know...This isn't good... The Temples have to be cursed again.."
"This is just great," Zelda said sarcastically. "We just beat Ganon, and then he causes more chaos for us. And we were going to get...er, never mind."
"What the heck is wrong with him!" Link asked annoyed, turning NightWInd out of the Forest.
"I think he's just trying to make us so angry at him that we'd do anything to get rid of him, even kill each other without knowing it. If he thinks that, he's really stu--OW!" She suddenly felt a jolt of pain in her head. She put one hand on her temple.
"You alright?!" Link asked, turning and looking at Zelda.
"Yes, but I've suddenly gotten this bizarre headache and--" A message flashed into Zelda's mind. Ganon was standing in his prison, looking angrier than she'd ever seen him. "You two idiots still really think you can beat me for good?" he said. "Just wait and see. I'll get you two and the world will be under my control." Zelda shook her head. "And now it's gone."
"Zelda... What was it?" Link asked her, worried.
"Ganon sent me a message. He told us that no matter what he'll win. He looked even more angry than I've ever seen him before." She looked worried herself.
"This day really isn't going well any more..." Link admitted, highly annoyed.
"I know. It first went up and then went down then even more down then back up again and now it's back down. Could it get any worse?"
"Fools. They just think they're all that. Well, I have 2 triforce peices and they only have 1. That punk kid's. Now...what should I do to lure them here? Should I steal Zelda again? Maybe, but I just did that...hm, I'll find something. I always find something. But if I just turn everything back to normal, they might not suspect anything..."
"I'm getting another message, Link...no, wait, it's not a message, exactly. All I know is that now the lake is refilled and the forest is fine. Everything's good."
"I doubt it... I'm still thinking of checking the Temples..."
“Okay, but if you do you may need to let me off. I'll give my parents a head-start that the wedding's postponed." She frowned. "They'll be so disappointed."
Link jumped off. "Take NightWind back with you, I'll just warp. Good luck braking it to them."
"Okay. Bye, Link." She blew him a kiss before flicking NightWind's reins and riding back to the castle, wondering just how she was going to tell them.

chapter six--postponed
Link sighed, then whistled the Bolero of Fire. He ran into the Fire Temple and disappeared into the Boss' chambers...
Zelda rode NightWind into the castle, hearing one of the guards say, "Oh, great, now the princess is evil, too?" She rolled her eyes and ran into the room where her parents were talking excitedly. "Oh, hello, Zelda!" the King called to her. "Where's Link?"
"Um. I have something to tell you both."
"What is it, dear?" the Queen asked. "Has Link died?"
Zelda looked at her mother in confusion. "No, he's still alive. But um, the wedding, it's postponed."
Link jumped to the center platform. "Oh Din..." he mumbled, seeing that the blue teleporter was gone. The Boss appeared a few minutes later. Link sent a few Light Arrows at it, then jumped attacked a few times and got rid of it...
"POSTPONED?" both the King and Queen cried. Zelda cringed. "For how long?" the king asked.
"Until we can get Ganon to stop 'stalking' us. He's hurting my brain."
"I don't know what you're talking about," the king said, "but I do know that this is very rude. You excited us for nothing. Now, guards, take her to her room. I don't want her out of it until I say otherwise." The guards obeyed and Zelda tried to get away, but she couldn't. She was suddenly drained of energy.
Link warped from Temple to Temple, re-beating the bosses... He sighed and warped to the Temple of Time and walked into the Castle, after having knocked out a few guards that tried to get him.
Zelda was up in her room, very confused, angry and frustrated. She was lying on her bed, her hands on her head, and her head was aching like mad.
Link walked up to Zelda's chambers and was about to walk in till two more stupid gaurds came up on him.
G1: "Well... The Hero tries see the young lady. Get him!" G2: "Is that wise!" G1: "I said, Get Him!" G2: sighs...
"Oh Din... How stupid can they get!" Link wondered aloud before knocked them out...
Zelda heard Link's voice outside and sat up quick. Her head was still pounding, so she kept rubbing her temples wondering what on earth was giving her these aches all of a sudden.
"Mind if I come in, Zelda?" Link asked her, lightly knocking.
“Sure.” Link went in and sat down by her. "Hey, what's wrong?" He asked her gently.
"Dunno, I just keep getting random severe headaches. One minute I'm fine, the next my head is killing me, the next I'm just fine again. It's extremely strange."
"That must be very annoying." Link committed, wrapping an arm around her.
“It is." Zelda gave Link a kiss on the cheek, then leaned her head on his shoulder. "My parents got so angry at me that they sent me to my room. A, I'm not a kid anymore, and B, it's my wedding, not theirs. If Ganon doesn't show up or no weird things happen within the next 3 days, we should have our wedding. Okay?"
Link held Zelda close. "Yes. And, all the Temples are freed."
"Good."
"Gross. It looks like my enemies are going to marry. How nasty. Seriously, that's just plain wrong. But then again, that gives me an idea. I'll wait..."

chapter seven--the wedding Zelda stood up and paced around the room, bored. "Wanna sneak out the window and leave? I'm bored."
"Why not? I've probably got most or all the guards around here on me."
And so they snuck out, yadayadayada.
3 days later...
"Well, Link, there's been nothing about Ganon or anything strange here for 3 days so...""Um... Yeah..." Link responed nervously. Zelda took Link's hand and brought him downstairs. "Hi, Dad. Mom," she said.
"Zelda? I thought I told you to stay in your room."
"It's been 3 days, dad, and we're ready to get married again. For real."Link nodded and looked away unsure and nervous. "Really?" the king asked. Zelda nodded. "Good! Now let's get it started, shall we? Zelda, you go upstairs to your room and I'll send up your dresser. Link, follow that guard over there to the guest room and a dresser will bring you something more...er, suitable for your wedding than that black tunic."Link looked at the guard and chuckled at his scared look. G: "Um...Really... do.. do I have to?" "Get over it.." Link told him, still chuckling. G: "Er..um... th..this way then.." Link followed the guard, still chuckling at his reaction. Zelda was taken upstairs to her room by a guard. The guard left and a few minutes later an extremely fat dresser came in. She gave Zelda a huge white dress that was all frilly. "Er, can I have just a plain white dress, and one that might actually fit me?" Zelda asked.
The dresser said, "Oh, sure, ask for another dress. I wore this at my wedding, punk, and I think you should wear it. Z: But I don't. And it's my wedding, not yours. Still. It's a lovely dress. Z: It's huge! And frilly! And ugly! Don't insult Harriet like that. Z: Harriet? That's the dress. I named him. Z: Harriet's a girl name. I don't care! The guard show Link to his chambers then ran off scared. Link went in and close the door, laughing at the stupid guard. Z: Look, just get me a dress that fits okay? You're just jealous because I'm in better shape than you. Z: laughs You! In better shape than me? You freak, you’re the fattest cow I've ever seen! Guards! Get me a better-and skinnier-dresser, will ya?
The guards came in and took the dresser and 'Harriet' away. "I will have my revenge!" the dresser called.Link went through the dresser, trying to find something. "Too small...Already have it...Too large..." he muttered, throwing different tunics to the side, finding nothing so far. Zelda decided and told the guards that she actually didn't need or want a dresser. She could dress herself. So she tore her room apart looking for a dress. Finally she just settled on a plain white-and-blue dress, put it on, and looked downstairs, knowing that she couldn't go down unless Link was in the courtyard waiting. After a while, Link settled a very light blue tunic and cloak set. "It'll do..." he muttered, putting it on, then walking out to the courtyard. Zelda saw Link and her mother walk out to the courtyard. She hurried down the stairs and took her father's arm as they walked down toward the courtyard.Link keep his head down and waited. 'What is with me! I’m never this nervous!'Zelda entered the courtyard and walked into it. During the 3 days she'd had a few people come in and decorate it like a wedding area just in case. "Wow," she said, "You and Mom sure invited a lot of people here."
"Everyone in Hyrule's here!" the king exclaimed happily.
Zelda smiled nervously at the guests as she stood next to Link at the altar. Nabooru gave them both a thumbs up. Ruto glared at Zelda. Darunia and a few Gorons were whistling. Impa and Rauru just watched quietly. Saria was crying, saying that “weddings always made me cry”. And a few other guests were doing weird, random stuff too.Link looked like he was about to past out. He was so nervous, and the whistles and other random stuff wasn't helping him out at all. The King exclaiming that all of Hyrule was here, just made everything worse for him... 'Get a hold of yourself man!'Zelda smacked the palm of her hand onto her forehead. "This is the weirdest wedding ever. And it HAD TO BE MINE!"
A bunch of Gerudo theives were in the back row, flinging arrows at each other and yelling "DIE"; two Zoras were doing an interpridant dance while yodeling to the oldies; Ruto was blowing kisses and waving at Link; Saria was smacking Ruto over the head with a baseball bat, screaming, "KNOCK IT OFF, HE'S MINE!"; the lazy carpenters were sleeping on the ground on top of Talon; Malon was flying around the courtyard, her arms in Kapora Gabora's talons; and lots more.Link looked up and around and started to laugh. "I know.." He whispered to Zelda. "Can we just start and have everyone be QUIET!" Zelda yelled. Everyone stopped what they were doing and looked at her and Zelda. "Thank you," she sighed. "Okay, preacher guy, preach!"
Preacher: "Yeah, yeah. So, um. Link, the dude Hero of Time, do you take Princess Zelda to be your wife for ever and ever and ever and blah, blah, blah?"Link half chuckled. "Yes..." Preacher: Yeah, okay cool. So, um Princess Zelda, the Helpless-princess-girl-who-always-gets-kidnapped-by-that-freaky-evil-dude-Ganon-and-then-has-to-have-Link-way-over-there-(points to one Gerudo shooting an arrow at Kabora Gabora)-save-you-exhausting-time-after-exhausting-time, do you take Link here to be your husband for like ever and ever and yadayadayada?"Link's hand flew to the dagger he had found to replace his lost one, a bit irritated with this preacher that had just insulted Zelda. Zelda touched Link's hand. "Don't," she mouthed. "Yes," she said to the preacher. Preacher: KEW-EL! So now if you two would like kiss or something, then we could head back to LonLon Ranch and really have a party!Link slightly nodded and turned to Zelda... Zelda hesitated, then leaned forward slowly. She put her forehead on Link's again and stared again into his eyes for what seemed like a long time. Just then Saria shouted, "OH FOR GOD'S SAKE JUST DO IT!" and Ruto smacked her across the face and then they got into a big fight, you know like those animated fights with the big dust balls. Anyway these two guards take them away and they fight outside. Zelda smiles and then finally kisses Link.Link returned it and closed his eyes. So as Zelda and Link kiss, Ruto and Saria come back in all like worn out and stuff, and Ruto's all, "Oh my god he actually kissed her!" and Saria's like, "I didn't really think he'd do it!" and then they were both like sobbing and Zelda really thought it was kind of sad, and a tad bit pathetic.
"Okay," the preacher dude said, "Let's get everyone over to LonLon ranch to party, oh and Link? When you're done do you think I could have a turn?"Link ignored the preacher person. While Link was able to ignore the preacher dude, Zelda wasn't. She broke away from Link, grabbed his dagger, and slit the preacher's throat. Then she gave the dagger back to Link and whistled for NightWind.Link smiled and chuckled. "That works." he whispered to her. "Got that right," she said. NightWind came rushing in. "Let's go." She hopped on the back side and motioned for Link to sit up front.

chapter eight--party time!
“Where to?” Link asked her, jumping up onto NightWind himself.
"Oh, I dunno, LonLon Ranch? Let's see what's up at this wedding party."
Link nodded. "Alright then." He clucked to NightWind and the stallion headed off in a trot.
Zelda looked back at the now empty courtyard. Arrows were stuck in the ground, feathers were falling, and someone had left a shoe. She shook her head, smiling.
"Dang... This place sure is a mess," Link commented.
"Well, it was wild, yet short nonetheless." She noticed the dead preacher lying on the ground in a pool of his blood. "That was sure one creepy preacher, eh?"
"Yeah... I had thought of throwing the dagger at it.."
“Not before he announced us married,” Zelda said, laughing. “Then I killed him.” They exited the Hyrule castle walls and were back on Hyrule Field. "The Market was deserted," she commented. "They people there are probably all at LonLon Ranch."
Link nodded. "Probably."
As they got closer to LonLon Ranch, the more noise they heard. "Oh yeah, they're having some sort of party."
"Definitely..."
They got to LonLon Ranch and Zelda hopped off. She started to walk in. Link jumped off himself and walked up to Zelda, NightWind following them.
They got into LonLon Ranch and it was wild again. Gerudos were fighting with arrows again, only some were charging with spears; Gorons were rolling around the track and dancing to the music in the corral; Malon and a few of the carpenters were singing "Saria's Song"; Saria and Ruto were fighting again; Rauru and Impa were sitting on some hay drinking LonLon Milk; a Kokiri girl was riding one of the horses and Ingo was chasing her with a pitchfork, telling her to "get off my horse"; Talon was napping in a corner, somehow oblivious to all the noise; a few Zoras were doing some freaky dance to the music; Nabooru was talking to a group of Gorons; and a lot more.
"Dang...” Link said. “This sure is chaos..."
Zelda laughed. She walked through the track into the corral and started dancing. Link walked over to Zelda and danced with her.
The music was Saria's Song so the dancing was a bit wild, but it was fun and Zelda just had to laugh.
"Go ahead and party, fools. But I will get you. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but when you least expect it I'll strike..."
Link brought Zelda close to him and kissed her again.
Ganon was gagging. "Gross. Kissing!" He was acting like a 5 year old boy who had a girl chasing him.
Zelda smiled and kissed him back.
Link smiled back and closed his eyes, holding Zelda close.
Zelda smiled. Then she said, "I want to dance, but I can't dance in this dress. I'll be right back." And she ran off behind Talon and Malon's house. There was a flash of light.
Link stood there waiting with his arms crossed.
Zelda came out from behind dressed in her Sheik clothes, only without the head part. "Sorry," she said. Then she started dancing again. Link shrugged. "Its alright.."
So they all partied and everything. Zelda, at some point, tried to see how much LonLon Milk she could drink before she had to stop. She had a crowd around her cheering her on and she managed to drink 14 bottles before running toward the house screaming "BATHROOM!" Everyone was laughing hysterically at that.
Link slightly smiled and shook his head. "Crazy, my new wife is..." he muttered, feeling a bit awkward calling Zelda his wife.
So eventually the party ended about 4 hours later when most of the guests fell asleep on the ground. Zelda decided it was time to go but where was Link supposed to live, with her in the castle?
Link was sitting out on the path to the Ranch and leaning against the Wall, his eyes half opened.
"Hmm. Castle or somewhere else?" She walked to Link. "Link would you rather live in the Castle or somewhere else?"
Link looked up at her. "Huh? Um.. where ever works.."
"Sure, the castle then." She looked around and yawned. Then she climbed up on NightWind. "Come on, the quicker we get there, the quicker we can yawn go back to sleep."
Link nodded and got up. He jumped on NightWInd and clucked to the Stallion. The stallion moved quickly back to the Castle.
Zelda leaned against Link's back and tried not to fall asleep, or fall off, both which were quite possible since if she fell asleep she would fall off. She yawned again and tried to keep her eyes open. Link clucked again to the stallion, and he galloped up to the Castle. Link jumped off and waited for Zelda.
Zelda couldn't take it anymore and fell asleep. She fell off the horse.
Link caught Zelda and carried her up to her room and laid her on her bed. Ha sat down leaning against her bed and fell asleep himself...Meanwhile, Ganon paced around his prison impatiently.

chapter nine--danal
1 year later...
Zelda and Link have just had a kid. A boy. They're wondering what to name him.
"Just don't name him after me. Hyrule and Tremain would expect to much of him, Zelda." Link advised.
"Okay," Zelda said laughing. It was true. If they named him Link 'Jr.' he'd still be called Link and everyone would expect him to be a big shot hero like his dad. That seems like too much pressure on a little kid. "Um. But then I'm clueless," she admitted.
"We both are..." Link told her..
She just stared at the nameless sleeping baby boy. "I think we should've had a girl..."
Link sighed and sat down by Zelda. "Its alright... What about Danal?"
"Sure." Zelda repeated the name. "Danal. Hm. Interesting. I like it."
"Danal, son of Zelda, Princess of Hyrule and Link, Hero of Time," Link titled him.
Ganon: "Oh great. They had a KID? How much farther will these idiots go?"
5 years later, Danal is 5 years old, Zelda and Link are god knows how old...
Link sat on the steps in the courtyard, watching young Danal running about. He sighed. Danal had both of his parents courage and wisdom, but his mother's heart and his father's strong will; and like both, he too had blonde hair and blue eyes. Link still had a strong hope that Danal didn't have his liking to battle and for blades.
Zelda also hoped that Danal didn't want to be a swordsman or war battler when he got older. She told Link that maybe it would be best to not tell Danal about his father's adventures for a while, maybe even a few years even. She walked into the courtyard. "What are you doing, Danal?" she asked him.
"Just running, ma." Danal replied. Link had agreed with Zelda to tell Danal of his journeys till later.
Zelda shrugged and sat down next to Link.
"It least he doesn't have a dagger." Link whispered to her when she sat down, still watching Danal run about.
"Thank goodness," Zelda whispered back. "Were you this playful at his age, Link?"
"Isn't everyone?" Link asked back. "Hey dad! Where'd you grow up?" Danal asked, sitting down by his parents. "Here Danal." "You grew up in here dad!" "No Danal... In Hyrule." Link told him, slightly chuckling at him. "Oh..."
Zelda thought that maybe she could tell Danal about Link growing up in the Kokiri Forest, but nothing else. She asked Link telepathically.
'I don't know Zelda... Then he might ask about my past...' "So...Dad... How are your..." Danal started, but stopped when Link got up. "Dead, Danal... My parents are dead.." Link told Danal quietly. "Oh...Sorry..."
"Erm, why don't we go inside and have something to eat?" Zelda suggested, eager to change the subject. "It's nearly lunchtime anyway."
Link nodded. "Good idea. Come on Danal." Danal looked at his father then his mother, wondering if something was going on, but didn't ask.
Zelda walked inside the castle. A door from the courtyard inside the castle had been put in three years before, just for easier transportation. She walked into the kitchen. "So...Danal. Whaddya want to eat?"
"Finally, after..." Counts on fingers "Finally, after six long, boring years, I've decided the weak point of that fool princess and hero." Ganon laughed wickedly. "When they least expect it I will strike..."
"Ah.. I don't know ma... Cake?" Danal asked hopefully.
"Danal... You know the rules around here. At least I'd think so." Link told him.
"Fine dad... I'll just have some of the left over Bomb chicken."
"Fried, Danal... It's fried chicken.."
"Bombs are not good things to talk about," Zelda said, eyeing Link suspiciously. "Where did you hear about these bombs?" She'd never heard Danal talk about them before.
"Probably at that one place in the Market where you send bombchus and the chickens get in the way and hit..." Link told her.
Danal nodded. "Yep.. That's where I heard it."
"All right," Zelda said, a bit more relieved, glad that her son hadn't heard it from Link. She walked up to a nearby cook and asked if he'd make Danal fried chicken, and he got right to work. Zelda came back over and laughed. "I hate that game. The big chicken at the end always got blocked in my way whenever I used to play and I never got a prize."
"It's really annoying. The ones on the side have to be the largest problem." Link told her. Danal watched and listened a bit confused.
"I know," Zelda said. "When they're on the side or the ceiling, that's when I lost all my Bombchus." She noticed Danal's confusion and laughed. "It's okay, Danal, we're just talking crazy talk."
Link chucked. "I know what you mean. I don't think his tried the game Zelda."
Danal shook his head. "I've never played it, because I don’t gots the Rupees, but I have watched."
"Well, then that explains some things, but then why--" Zelda began, then quickly stopped and put her hand on her temple.

chapter ten--truths
"Danal... Go to your room for a few minutes." Link told him, walking over to Zelda. Danal nodded and left, not questioning his father's tone. "Zelda... What is it?" Link whispered, wrapping an arm around her.
"I...I don't know," Zelda admitted. "It's either a random headache, or some sort of vibe. Ow--and it gets worse every second."
"You should probably rest then." Link replied gently, listening for Danal.
"Sure...ow...I'll head into our bedroom now." She left the kitchen and on her way out, said, "Danal, listening in is not a good thing. Don't let your father catch you out here." She hurried up the stairs.
Link walked out and watched Zelda, then noticed Danal. "Danal! What in Hyrule do you think your doing!" He asked the boy.
"Eep!" Danal squealed, running to his room.
Zelda walked into the bedroom and closed the door. She lied down on the bed, rubbing her temples. "What's wrong with me?" she asked herself. "I haven't had a headache this bad since..." She immediately was swept away in a daze, and then she fell asleep...
Link shook his head and sighed, then went up to there room. He noticed Zelda was asleep and sat down on the floor, leaning against the bed.
In her dream, Zelda saw a face...a vague face, and not a very clear one either...then she saw a figure come with the face, and in it's hands, a smaller figure was there...a light glowed on the taller figure's left hand, and the dream zoomed in on it...it was 2 Triforce pieces, and right then and there, Zelda knew it was Ganon. But who was the smaller figure? The dream left the two and took her to a few past sights...all of them with Danal. She was driven back to the figures and the smaller one had a panicked look on his face. Zelda opened her eyes and shot up straight. "Danal!" she cried out.
Link jumped up. "What is it?" He asked her startled.
Danal ran into the room. "Ma! What is it!" he asked trying not to be scared, but a bit of fear could be seen in the young boy's face.
"I...I saw..." She noticed Danal. "Danal, everything's okay," she tried to assure him. "I just had a bad dream is all." She mouthed to Link, I'll let you know as soon as he leaves.
"No its not, ma. If it was then you wouldn't have shouted like that." Danal told her, his voice shaking with fear.
'Zelda... We're going to have to tell him. Now or later, he'll have to learn about my past.' "Danal, come here." Link told him calmly, sitting down on the bed. Danal came over and sat down beside Link. "Hey.. Its alright... Nothing's going to hurt us." Link told him gently, placing an arm around him.
"Actually, yes," Zelda interrupted. "Something is." She felt it nessecary to tell them. Her vibes or visions always were happening or were going to happen, and nothing had ever stopped them. They were 'prophecies'.
'You or me Zelda? Why you shouted Danal's name or my past or both?'
"I knew something was wrong! I knew it!" Danal told them. He looked like he was about to lose it.
"Danal, just calm down... Both of us should tell you something." Link told him quietly.
Zelda sighed. "I guess we should start from the beginning. See, Danal, you've heard of the Hero of Time, right? At school, don't they teach it to you?"
Danal nodded. "Yeah. They say that he disappeared years ago."
"Danal. He didn't disappear really. His still alive and you know him."
"I do, Dad?"
Link nodded. "Yes. The legendary Hero of Time is me."
"W...What?" Danal gasped, shocked that his own father was this Hero of Time!
"It's true. And you've always known that my name is Princess Zelda--well, it's now Queen Zelda but that's not important right now--but I am the Princess Zelda, the one that Link, your father, the Hero of Time, saved from the evil Ganondorf. We call him Ganon now," she added.
"I still hate the life of that evil fiend. Any ways. I never knew either of my parents, they both died when I was really young. Younger than you Danal. For 7 years I lived as one of the Kokiris in their forest not knowing that I was really a Hylian and known there as the fairyless child." Link continued.
"You mean that you only knew the forest for 7 years?" Danal asked.
Link nodded. "Yes. Most of them don't even get to see Hyrule."
"But one day, your father got a fairy, Navi, I believe?”
“Yes.” Link sighed. “I kind of miss that annoying little fairy.”
“Anyway, that's when all his adventures began. He set out of the forest for the first time and headed for the castle...and that's when he met me."
"I met Zelda after having trying to remove a curse placed on the ancient Great Deku Tree, but it was pointless. Ganon's curse killed it in the end. Before it died, it gave me the first of the three spiritual stones and one of the keys to the Sacred Realm. I met your mother in the courtyard you run about now Danal, and I also met one of the last Sheikahs and Sage of the Shadows, Impa. It was from Impa that I learned where to find the next stone and the song your mother sang to you when you were younger Danal."
"He collected the two other stones and returned here, but I'd already left with Impa. We were running from Ganon, and that's when Link first met him." She was surprised at Danal, who was still listening, when usually he would just get bored. She continued: "Then he opened the Door of Time by the Marketplace and pulled the Master Sword. I'm sure you know most of the rest?"
"As the two were leaving, she threw the Orcarina of Time in to the stream out there. She did something to it where I was able to learn the song needed to open the Door of Time in the first place. The Door of Time is near the Market as your mother said, but its in the Temple of Time. Your following this Danal?" Link asked.
Danal nodded, his eyes wide. "And father was sealed away for 10 years and was able to travle between times to get the Sages needed to help you two seal Ganon in the Scaret Realm. And then who helped him was um... Sorry, I forget his name."
"The one that helped me was your mother Danal."
"Really?"
Link nodded. "Yes.. it was..."
"I had to disguise myself as as a Sheikah, named Sheik, or else Ganon would have found me during that time. He didn't, but after your father awakened all 6 Sages, I revealed myself to him. Ganon kidnapped me almost immediatly, and then your father had to come and save me. He did, and then I told him to return to his childhood, which we both did. We met up again about 10 years later, defeated Ganon again and then got married, had you and here we are."
"And nothing has been seen of Ganon for these six years." Link conculted.
"Wow..." Danal whispered.
"And now that you know this, we don't have to hide anything from you anymore. We're sorry we didn't tell you all this before, but we didn't want anything bad to happen to you." Zelda slid onto the floor next to her husband and 5-year-old son.
“Nor did we want you to have any of the fondness of me or to do anything like I did. And yes, we bot are very sorry for just know telling you all of this." Link added.
"All is forgiven. I guess I could understand your reasons." Danal told them, "One thing, dad, what would that fondness be?"
"You'll learn later Danal..."
"Well, now that's settled, let's go have that fried chicken, eh?" I'll tell you about the vibe after he falls asleep tonight, she mouthed to Link as they headed downstairs.
A few hours later, Zelda and Link were tucking Danal in bed and kissing him goodnight. They left the room and Zelda took Link into their room.
"So... What was it Zelda? And what does it have to do with Danal?" Link asked, sitting on the floor with his back against the bed again.
"Well," Zelda said, "I came up here with the headache and suddenly I fell asleep. I had this strange dream of 2 figures, one was small and being held up by the taller one. 2 glowing Triforce pieces glowed on the tall figure's hand, so I knew it was Ganon. Then I got flashbacks of the past with Danal--like his first walk, his first word, and when he got his first tooth--and then the smaller figure was cleared up more. Link, I'm just going to put this straightforward: Ganon is going to capture Danal."

chapter eleven--lost and found
"Oh... Din..." Link whispered, the color drained from his face. "Oh Din..."
Zelda was starting to cry. "I think he's going to use Danal as a way to lure us to him and get your Triforce piece. And then he'll have his revenge by killing Danal first so we get to watch, and then me, and then you. I think he wants you to suffer the most and watch us die, since you're the one who's been giving him the most trouble."
"Oh Zelda... I'm so sorry... This is all my fault..." Link whispered, his head fell into his hands.
"No, no, Link, it's not your fault," Zelda said, putting her arm around Link comfortingly. "Ganon's just a wicked person, and you do what you have to do. Otherwise we'd all have died years ago. No one can stop what has happened or what's going to happen, but if we just try, maybe we can save Danal."
"Sure feels like it... Getting intangeled in this whole mess... And not maybe, Zelda. We will save..." Link started, but stopped when the door opened. "Danal... I thought you were asleep.."
Danal shook his head. "Couldn't sleep... Think too much about earlier."
Zelda felt really worried for Danal's safety. "Danal, would you like to sleep with us tonight?" She eyed Link as if to say, Just so we know if he's there or not.
"Mom. What's going on? You've never asked that before." Danal inquired.
"Nothing Danal,” Link said.
"I just--I just want to make sure you're safe tonight. I mean, you never know what might happen now that you know...anyway, it's just for tonight."
"Um... Alright then Mom.." Danal responded and sat down by the two.
They talked quietly until they eventually all fell asleep on the floor, leaning against the bed. And during that time, Danal was there a moment and gone the next. Zelda, who had been leaning a bit on Danal, fell onto Link. They remained asleep for a few more hours until Zelda awoke from a newfound nightmare that had interrupted her dream. "Link, Link! Danal's gone."
Link awoke with a start. "WHAT? Oh no..." he whispered, looking around.
Something flashed across Zelda's eyes. She shook her head and looked outside. It was bright, probably around ten o'clock in the morning. "I think I know where our son is," she said. Link got up and sighed. "Where, Zelda? Where?"
Zelda sighed and blew the hair in her face up, only to have it fall back in her face. "In Ganon's stupid abyss trap," she said expressionlessly. "It's smaller this time, though."
"And how are we to get into that place?" Link asked, a bit of annoyace in his voice.
Zelda shrugged. "Use your Triforce, I guess. If that doesn't work, we could get on NightWind and ride somewhere to call to Ganon, see if he would put us in. But this is just what he wants. Hopefully we can outsmart him again."
"I guess we could try that. Not that I have before." Link responded unsure.
"Just focus the Triforce's power together, and relax. Don't think about Danal right now, because that won't make you relax. Just think about getting there, and bringing me with you. If it doesn't work we could always go to Plan B."
"And what would plan B be?" Link inquired, taking a meditation stance on the bed.
"To just go somewhere and see if we can call to Ganon," Zelda grumbled quietly, annoyed. "This guy's getting on my last nerve. He steals me twice and now Danal. What is his problem?"
Link shook his head. "I don't know. He’s fully messed up though. Tell me if anything happens." He said, closing his eyes. His breathing became slower and deeper.
"Just focus it all..."
Link heard her, but didn't respond. He seemed to have fallen asleep sitting there.
Zelda realized that Link was asleep and groaned. Of course, she thought. Link's not a 'focusing' type guy when it comes to this stuff. She snapped her fingers at him. "Wake up, Link!"
Link's hand fly at Zelda's hand. "I'm awake, just trying to focuse." He told her, then letted her hand go.
"Perhaps it'd be better to just go to Plan B?" she suggested.
"Plan B could take forever Zelda." Link responded calmly.
"So could this," Zelda pointed out. "And we need to get to Danal before Ganon becomes impatient and just kills him for the heck of it."
"So.. Which way are we going about this then? If they'll both have the posablity of taking forever." Link inquired.
"I don't know!" Zelda said, a bit too harshly. "Sorry. It's just I'm frustrated and all I want is to get Danal back alive! Just do whatever works."
"We both do, alright? I'm trying!" Link responded, slightly annoyed. His head feel into his hands. "Sorry for snapping at you, but he keeps taking some one that I love."
"I know, but only because he's evil and evil people do that! Anyway, just choose something. I suggest that we just go out and look..." "Alright... I guess let's try it then."
"Okay," Zelda said. "I'll go down and get NightWind; I'll meet you in the courtyard in five minutes. If I'm not there, go look in the stables. I'll probably be looking for him." She left the room and headed downstairs.
Link nodded and walked down to the courtyard and sat on the steps, remembering how just yesterday Danal was running around the area.
Meanwhile, Danal sat in Ganon's void, trying to think of a way to get to his parents. He sighed sadly, then remembered he was given his mother’s gift of telepathy. 'Dad! Mom! Ganon has me! I'm in some void! Help!' He tried to tell his parents.
Link's hand went to his head as he got Danal's message. He got up and ran out to the stables, hoping to met Zelda there.
But Zelda wasn't there.
"Two down, one to go."
Zelda looked around and saw nothing but white. Her eyes widened, and then she groaned in annoyance.
"What's wrong? Am I too boring?" Zelda turned around and gasped; she saw Ganon standing just like in her vision thing, holding Danal the same way. He had the same panicked look on his face as he did in her dream.
"Danal!" she said.
"Curse him!" Link muttered, kicking at a wall. "IT'S ME YOU WANT! LEAVE THEM BE!" He shouted to no one.
“Mom! How do we get out?”Danal said to Zelda.
"I don’t know, Danal." She stood up and looked at Danal and Ganon in front of her. "Why do you do this to us?" she asked Ganon.
“It’s fine, ma... I–I know you’re both m-mad at h-him...”Danal looked at Zelda, scared and pleading.
"Ganon! Why do you take them when your after me!" Link shouted, annoyance in his voice.
"Look, I do it because I can and I'm evil. Plus I want that brat's Triforce piece so it's completed. I've had yours for almost six years."
"What are you going to do to him?"
"Who, Link or this punk kid here?"
"To both."
"I'm going to kill them, of course. Oh, and your order was correct. First when Link gets here, I'll kill this kid here, then you. Then I'll get his Triforce piece and kill him also. The world will belong to me!" Ganon laughed wickedly.
Zelda was furious. She growled, "Just put my son down."
He surprisingly did so, but shrugged. "Go ahead, do whatever you idiots do with kids. It doesn't matter. I'm eventually going to win and you will all be dead."
Danal staggered to his feet and ran behind his mother, shaking in fear. “M-mom, why isn’t dad here yet!”
Link stormed into NightWind's stall and jumped on the bare stallion. "Let's ride NightWind!" He muttered, kicking the stallion into a gallop.
"I don't know, Danal," Zelda admitted. She whispered into his ear, "But he'll get here, I know it."
Ganon was looking at his screen. It was following Link, who was riding Hyrule Field on NightWind. "Let's give that punk and his horse a bit of a shocker..." He put his finger on NightWind and sent a huge bolt of electricity to hit NightWind right out of the blue.
'DAD! Sages a...and Goddesses protect us! I hope Dad gets here soon!' Danal stayed really close to Zelda.
NightWind neighed shrilly and almost fully reared. Link just barley hung onto NightWind's neck when he reared. NightWind landed and whinnied painfully.
Ganon swore when he saw Link hang on to the stallion. He growled and eyed the "little demon" closely.
Little demon? Zelda thought, scoffing. You're the demon around here. And Link isn't little.
Ganon had accidentally gotten it as a telepath. He whirled around, his eyes glowing a firey red. "Oh, yeah? I'll show you my demon!" He charged up an energy ball and shot it. Zelda closed her eyes, expecting it to hit her. When she heard Danal's scream, she looked and saw that Ganon had hit him instead. "Oops, sorry, I missed," Ganon said sarcastically. "I'll just TRY AGAIN!" He blasted another energy ball at Danal.

chapter twelve--the second battle
Danal screamed out in pain again. He managed the crawl back over to Zelda. He curled up behind her.
NightWind shook his head and snorted. Link rubbed the stallion's neck. "Come on NightWind. We've got to find Zelda and Danal." He whispered to the stallion. NightWind tossed his head and started to trot around the Field.
Ganon fired another painful blast at Danal, but Zelda covered him quickly and took the blow. She screamed in pain, but kept protecting the boy. Ganon laughed and turned back to his screen.
"Danal, are you alright?" Zelda whispered to him. "Don't worry, Dad will be here soon."
“I'll be fineSoon, but how soon?”Danal looked up at Zelda, fear and hurt strongly showing.
Link and NightWind went into the Gerudo area, still trying to get to Ganon.
Zelda thought for a moment, then whispered, "You must have inherited some of your father and my own powers. Here, focus all your might and strength and combine it with me. Maybe, together, we can teleport your dad here. I'll message him to give him the heads up while you focus."
Link, it's me, Zelda. I'm with Danal, and we're both fine, but Ganon is watching you with a sharp eye. We'll try to teleport you here, and if we manage, just make sure you're not on your horse. NightWind won't fit in here. We barely do.
Danal slightly nodded and tried to focus.
Link got the message and jumped off NightWind. "Graze in the field, come at my whistle. You'll have to take Danal and Zelda home." He whispered to the stallion and walked out to the field, the stallion following him.
Zelda hoped that Danal had her sense of focus and not Link's. She focused her own power and energy. "Do you feel anything?" she whispered.
Ganon stood, oblivious to what the two behind him where doing. He was still watching the screen.
"Dad got your message... He's waiting...Impatiently..." Danal whispered back.
Link was walking around the Field, his sword swinging slightly at his side.
"I know. Now combine whatever you've got with me."
Danal nodded and tried to give Zelda all the power, strength and will he could.
Zelda was surprised at her son's strength for a five year old, but forgot it and recieved his power. She put his and hers into full focus and in about five seconds, Link was falling right in front of them. "We did it!" Zelda said to Danal.
Ganon saw Link vanish completely off the screen. He heard Zelda and whirled around, smirking when he saw Link. "Well, well, well. What a nice family reunion. Too bad I'm gonna have to break it up!"
He widened the abyss with the Triforce of Wisdom, enough for battle, and then trapped Danal and Zelda in separate cubes of sheer crystal. Unlike the ice Zelda had been in 6 years ago in their last battle, the crystal made it so that neither of them could move and inch, much less help Link. "They're fine," Ganon assured Link. "They can still breathe." He smirked. "For now."
'Mom! Dad! Help!' Danal tried to move but couldn't, the fear back in his eyes.
Link was barely able to get his feet under him before hitting the ground. "What is your problem! If it’s me you want, let them go!" he hissed at Ganon.
"If I'm going to get your Triforce piece and destroy you," Ganon said simply, "I can't have anyone there to back you up. So I need to get rid of these pesky idiots that you, for some bizarre reason, seem to like hanging around with. You know, it's really simple. Oh, and I like to do things again, only with a different twist. See, they can't move, right? Well, soon the crystal will start to shrink. Then it won't stop. It would be like being inside a doorless room and having the walls push toward you and the ceiling coming down to you." He smirked and looked at Danal and Zelda. "I hope you two are claustrophobic!" he called to them. "It'll get pretty small in there!" He raised them into the air and said to Link, "The smaller one's going first, since there's less space to cover."
Danal coughed a bit. He looked scared as he glanced at Link and Zelda. “Dad! Help!”
"Danal!" Link shouted, then looked coldly and angrily at Ganon. "Leave them be, you low life! Why drag Danal into this, he never did anything!" He sent several Light Arrows at Ganon, one right after the other.
Ganon yawned sarcastically and grabbed the Light Arrows in his hand. "I'm more powerful than you remember, you know." He smirked. "Now, about your question, 'why drag Danal into this, he never did anything?' Well, kid, the answer's easy. He did do something. He became related to you and that bloody princess!" He shot a the Light Arrows back at Link with an energy blast.
Link growled and moved out most of the way out of the way, but one hit him in the arm. He paid no attention to it, he just pulled it out and snapped it. He knew he had to find some way to attack and defeat Ganon again. "What has that got to do with anything?" His fist clenched. “You’re just a weakling!" he shouted, enraged.
"At least I'm not stupid enough to think my adventures are done with and...have a family." He practically spat out the words.
Zelda said to Link, "Link! He's just trying to distract you! Attack him or something!"
“He looks like he's about to try and knock Ganon out, Mom.”
As it was, Link was trying to suppress his rage a bit and not throw his fist through or at something. "Stupid? At least I don't get myself locked in voids for years! How could you stand that! You've been trapped in voids for years!"
"Who cares? It's not brutally bad in here. I've got you guys to watch. Hey, that gives me an idea! Maybe instead of killing you, I'll make you watch your son and wife's blood spill until they die completely and then, after I take your Triforce and take over the world, I'll lock you up in this abyss until your own death. How's that?"
"Link! Stop talking to him and do something! We'll die before the conversation's over!"
"Yes, Link," Ganon mocked. "Obey your wife and attack me! After all, she is the most powerful in your pathetic family!"
Link looked purely annoyed with everyone yelling something pointless at him. He sent several Light Arrow, one right after the other, at Ganon then tried to pary-attack him
Ganon was hit once and got really mad. He snapped his fingers and Danal's crystal shrunk dangerously. He smirked and blasted Link with a ball of lightning.
"You don't stand a chance, fool!" he said. "You'll be weakened until you can no longer fight. I'll release them and then make you kill them yourself with my new power I learned a year ago, and then I'll make you powerless and locked in this very abyss until your death, living out the rest of your pitiful life in grief and guilt while I am ruling the world!"
Danal screamed when the crystal shrunk“Mom! Dad! Help!”
Link side stepped most of the way out of the lightning ball's way, but got hit in the arm again. He gritted his teeth, trying to think of away to get to Ganon with out hurting or killing Danal or Zelda.
“Link, you’ve got to defeat him quickly! Danal’s almost gone!”

chapter thirteen--possessed
Link got knock off his feet and landed hard on his back. He staggered to his feet and shot Zelda a quick cold glance. 'Thanks for stating what I know I need to do, Zelda.' He cocked and aimed another Light Arrow at Ganon.
Ganon blocked the attack and swooped down, grabbing Link. He brought him up. “Let me show you just what I mean by power, fool!” A black light surrounded them and when it left, Ganon was nowhere in sight. Instead, Link was left with black eyes. He snapped his fingers and Danal and Zelda fell from their crystals.
Danal squealed and grabbed Zelda. He was shaking from fear that could been seem in his face.
Link/Ganon stood there, his sword in hand as he walked over to the two. "Any final word before you both die? No? Good." He said, the voices of the two combined as one. He attempted to attack Danal.
Zelda took the attack for Danal and screamed. She stood and tried to attack Link/Ganon. Nothing came from her hand but a small light ball that flew out about ten inches before dying. She flushed red in embarrassment.
Danal stayed close and behind Zelda. “Dad, stop, please don’t hurt us!”
Link/Ganon laughed at Zelda's sad attack. "That all the little Princess has! That's weak!" He roared, then attacked Zelda.
Zelda got hit and then tried to attack again. The ball only went five inches this time.
Link/Ganon laughed at Zelda again. He smirked and tried of an attack on Danal.
Danal screamed and ran from the sword then back behind Zelda. He was shaking so bad from fear and it could purely seen on his face. He was so scared, he was almost in tears.
“Link, don’t do this!” Zelda cried. “This isn’t the real you, you know that!”
Link/Ganon fell to his knees and his hands went to his head. Link and Ganon where fighting a battle of souls for Link's body. With knowing it, every time Zelda tried to attack, yelled something at them or just took a blow for Danal, she was helping Link.
"M..Mom? What is happening to Dad?" Danal stuttered, seeing his father fall to his knees.
“Nothing, Danal, it’s okay.” She said to Link, “Fight him, Link! Fight!”
Link/Ganon staggered to his feet unsteadily, the two where still batting.
“Link, you once told me on the day of our marriage that the only thing stronger than our love for each other is the Triforce! Well, use that as an advantage and take your body back!”
What Zelda said affected Link hard, his spirit was jarred to and stronger. The two continued their spirt battle. "Zelda! Danal! Help!" he shouted, sounding more like Link than the two.
"Dad! Fight him! As Mom said, your love for us is very strong, and the only thing stronger is the Triforce!" Danal shouted to him.
Ganon was furious that Link would even dare to try and kick him out of his body. He knocked into Link’s soul and raised the sword. He slashed Zelda one more time. She screamed and fell to the ground, when at the same time Ganon felt a disturbance in Link. The next thing he knew, he was flung out of Link’s body and knocked out in the corner of the void.
Link fell to his knees and waved Danal to come over. He let a bottled fairy lose to hopefully heal Zelda.
Danal ran over to them and hugged Link tightly. "Dad! You did it!" He said.
"Only thanks to the two of you." Link replied quietly.

chapter fourteen--zelda's death
“Link...the fairy...it won’t work this time around. It’s...too late...for me...” She looked up at Link. “No matter what, I’ll always love you two with all my heart. And nothing will ever change that.” She kissed Danal on the cheek, then kissed Link’s lips. “I’m sorry,” she said when she broke away. “Take good care of Danal...” She closed her eyes.
Link hugged Zelda close. "Oh Zelda... I'm so sorry..." He whispered.
Danal felt Link shaking and looked up at him. He shook his, not sure what he was seeing. His father, this great hero, was near or had lost it. Then realized why. "Mom? Mom?" he whispered.
Link shook his head at Danal's trying to awaken Zelda.
---Zelda opened her eyes, finding herself at the entrance of a dark tunnel. She stood up. Link, and Danal were standing behind her, telling her to come back. Ganon stood in front of her, telling her to come forward. She turned to Link and Danal and tried to walk toward them, but a strong force held her back. She walked against it, but it flung her back into the tunnel like a slingshot. She fell into a hole, and saw Ganon's face appear, his laughter echoing around the walls of the hole. The last thing she saw before she fell into total darkness was flashbacks of her past. She saw Danal and Link's smiling faces, and then she closed her eyes again. She was gone.---
Ganon looked at Link, who was holding Zelda. He laughed. "She's not waking up, fools," he said. "Your princess is dead."
Link laid Zelda's body down and managed to get to his feet, his head hung. "You heartless fiend! How could you?" He snapped. Something had awoken the fragment of the sprit of Fierce Deity that had laid dormant in Link since he had been in that from many years ago. He looked up, his eyes white and his expression blank and emotionless.
Danal sat by Zelda's body, he had lost all self control and sobs shook his small body.
"I did because I could," Ganon replied simply. "Your little kid here is next." He laughed and held up his hand to attack Danal with an electric energy burst.
Link drew an overly large blade that twisted around itself, and stepped in front of Danal. "Leave him be!" He shouted coldly.
Danal looked up at Link. He knew what would happen now. His father would block him till he too died. "Dad! Don't leave me!" he cried.
"I don't plan to, Danal."
Ganon laughed and fired an energy blast at Link. It was merged with his own Triforce of Power along with Zelda's Triforce of Wisdom. "Since that meddling princess is out of the way," he said, "her Triforce is more powerful in my hands."
Link got sent tumbling back from the blast. He staggered to his feet, using the blade for a bit of support. "You have no idea what you just did." He said, smirking at Ganon. He pulled the blade in front of him and gave it a couple hard swings, sending these magic disk at Ganon. He ran forward, trying to add to the damage.
Ganon dodged the first two disks but the third one hit him hard in the shoulder. He yanked it out and crushed it in his hands. Then he blasted Link again. "I don't know why you don't just hand over your Triforce piece," he said. "I've already got two and I'm going to get the other one." He looked over at Zelda's body. "Poor girl. I wonder why the little guy's crying over it. Big deal, really. His own father killed him." He eyed Link. "You killed her. Her blood is on your blades, on your hands."
Link just barely missed the blast, but got a slight hit in the arm. "She knows the truth and my regret! Something you would never know!" He shouted, then try to lay a blow on Ganon.
Ganon dodged the blow and blasted Link to the ground. "Fool! How can she know anything now, when she's dead?" He eyed Danal and blasted him to the ground as well. "And soon this little one shall be dead too." He looked back at Link. "What's the matter? Heartbroken?" He laughed.
"You didn't hear what either the two of them said, did you?" Link hissed. "Danal!" He shouted, hearing him scream. He ran over to him. He shot a cold look at Ganon, the several Light Arrow and disk quickly one after the other.
Ganon was so shocked at Link's attack that he forgot to defend himself. He was thrown against the abyss wall and slid to the ground. He flew back up and the wounds on him quickly vanished. "Fools! You cannot defeat me! With the power of two Triforce pieces at their full power against one, I am almost invincible!" He shot Danal again. Link stepped in front of Danal, taking the blow and getting blasted back several feet. He knew he had to do something, but what was unknown to him. He staggered to his feet and walked back over to Danal.
Ganon blasted the two with both his hands in a Power-Wisdom Combo. He blew them across the white wasteland and laughed. "When will you have had enough?" he asked Link. "I know someone's a bit tired..." He eyed Danal and picked him up with a beam of Wisdom magic.
Danal screamed, then passed out. Link some how staggered weakly to his feet. "You'll only get it over my dead body!" he shouted, sending a bunch of Light Arrows and disk at Ganon, the attacked with the huge blade.
Ganon held Danal up as a shield to Link's attacks; every single thing Link did to hurt Ganon hurt the fainted 5-year-old in his hand. He showed Link his bleeding son. "See? First you kill your wife, now you're killing your son? Oh, shame on YOU!" He laughed.
Zelda, her lifeless body lying on the ground a few feet away, hung around the battlefield in spirit. She wanted to yell at Link what Ganon was going to do, or scream when Danal got hurt. But as a ghost, Zelda could possess no emotion, no feel, no contact with the living.
Link fell to his knees and remembered his dagger. “I'm sorry Zelda...Danal,” He whispered quietly as he drew the dagger and held it inches away for his own wrist.
Zelda, ghost though she was, couldn't bear to see everyone this unhappy. She cursed at Ganon, not that he could hear her. This was a sad scene. She herself was dead, and Link and Danal were probably heartbroken, but mostly Link, as Danal was seemingly going to be gone as well. She broke free of the spirit world and sent a telepathic message to Link. "Link...Link, can you hear me? It is I, Zelda..." 'Zelda? But... How?' Link replied, he looked slightly shock, but it passed. He kept the dagger where it was though.
"Link, listen to me. I am not permitted to speak to you since I am in spirit, and I am draining power from this. But please, do not kill yourself over grief. I know you can defeat Ganon--for real this time. We ghosts can foresee the future, and if you do not kill yourself, I promise, you will save Danal and Ganon will be no more. Please, Link..." Her power was drained and all she could do now was watch.
'How in Hyrule can I hit him when he's using Danal as a shield?' Link replied sharpy, 'And with you gone and soon Danal, I've got no reason to live!'
Zelda was only able to send him one last message, and so she made it quick: "Trust me, you will find a way. I promise I will try to help in any way I can, but there's not much I can do but watch, really. Please, just trust me on this...please, Link..." And then she collapsed from exhaustion.
Ganon was wondering why Link was just sitting around. "Now," he said, "hand over your Triforce piece or else!" He formed a small dagger in his hand and held it up to Danal's neck.
Link staggered shakily and weakly to his feet, the dagger still dangerously close to his wrist. "Leave Danal be and take me instead, Ganon," Link whispered.
Ganon smirked in triumph. "I knew it," he said, dropping Danal to the ground. He blasted the dagger away from Link and blasted him down, then picked him up. "You're such a softy." He held Link up and blasted him until he passed out.
