Zuri, Abby, Strips ~ Private

Zuri had finished off one hot dog and about half of his mac & cheese. Zuri finished chewing his food and took a drink and said, "Yeah sure, that works for me." He then went back to his food. It was really good and it hit the spot. "I don't think I've seen this but heck, better than nothing; plus it looks good to me." Reaper looked interesting to Zuri so he was fine with it. Nothing like a show about people hunting demons. Plus it was more funny than anything and that sounded pretty good right now. Nothing like a good laugh after a crazy day.

Strips didn't really answer, but he didn't care what they watched. He was too busy eating to really pay much attention, occasionally taking a drink.

All Abby was doing was drinking, so she got done quickly. The soda wasn't that filling, and just couldn't replace all the blood she had lost. Still, she didn't want to drink that wine, not if it was making her sick. "Excuse me," she said as she stood, walking into the kitchen to get another drink.

Zuri just gave a "Mmmm." His mouth was full and he was still eating and drinking. He had gotten most of his drink gone so he finished it off and figured there should be more mac & cheese and he still had a hot dog. So he got up with his drink and plate and walked into the kitchen as well. He walked in and put his plate down and took his glass over to where the soda was. "Hey Abby. Just came to probably finish off the rest. If there isn't to much mac and cheese left."

Abby was filling her glass, her eyes drifting down to the floor where the pregnancy tests lay. Curiosity consumed her and she thought about actually taking one, just because she had never done it before. But then Zuri walked into the room and completely distracted her; don't you just love how one insignificant moment in time can change a significant moment in the future. If Abby had taken the test, even if it was just out of curiosity, the results would have surprised her. But now she was no longer thinking about taking them, but was rather thinking about Zuri and food. "That's fine; I don't think Strips would mind. Besides, he got enough to feed an army the first time around."

"Yeah, ok." Zuri filled up his glass and just made his hot dog real quick and left. It wasn't much to say or do at the moment. Zuri went back into the living room and started to eat again. He took a big swig of his drink and started to eat again. He was actually interested in the show so he wasn't eating to fast. He was getting kinda full, but he finished his hot dog and then the rest of his mac and cheese and then just started to drink his drink and sit back and relax and watch TV while everything digested.

By this point, though, Abby had lost all interest in the test. She picked up her glass and followed Zuri to the living room, sitting down beside him. She silently watched the show while sipping her drink, which still wasn't very filling. "I have a strange craving for poptarts covered in pickle juice and tuna with cheese sprinkled on top..." she said randomly.

Strips was done eating and was now merely drinking as well. He would probably go to bed after this show, even though it was still early. At Abby's statement, he raised an eyebrow and looked at her with a 'what the hell?' look on his face.

Zuri did the same. He looked over at Abby with a bewildered look. "Huuuuuuuhhhh??" What the heck, she can't techniqually eat so how would she be able to do that, not to mention how bezare that is. That actually makes me dry heave. *shutters.* "Why do you crave this, and how would you eat it anyways." Far as Zuri knew she could actually physically eat anything. "Not to mention how nasty that really sounds." Ok, Abby was definetely sick.

Abby even gave herself a weird look. Had she seriously just said that? And out loud at that. "Um...." There was a long pause. "I-I have no idea, really. It just sounds good to me. And really, I can't eat it. I could drink the pickle juice, but I can't eat anything solid." There was another pause as she twitched her head. "Maybe I'm just more hungry than I thought I was."

Strips kept the confused look, "Tcha! I'd say." He shook his head, turning back to the TV.

"Seriously. You probably haven't eaten anything in a while." Zuri just turned back to the TV while shaking his head in disbelief and bewilderment. Then a strange thought passed through his mind. "I know this is odd but, you can drink things but not eat things, sooooo wouldn't you be able to turn a solid food into a drink if you throw it into a blender and hit frapea?" Yeah, odd I know. But couldn't she? She can drink things and she just can't eat things because she can't digest solids, but couldn't she throw it into a blender and blend it into a drink. It may be a bit thick and chunky but you never know. And by this point Zuri was expecting a "no" or a "Huh?" but ah well, it'd answer his little thoughts.

Well, at least Zuri cared enough to ask her what she could eat; Strips was just staring blankly at the TV like he didn't care at all. "Well, that just kind of depends. I doubt it unless it's completely smooth and not chunky. Anything that will clog my heach in the slightest, my body will instinctively throw up." It was a good idea, but it probably wasn't something she could do.

"Hmmm yeah, if you did you'd have to water it down with something. Like pour a beer into it." Zuri just kinda started to laugh at his little joke. It wasn't really funny but he felt like laughing. "I mean, if it was watered down enough you probably could drink it." Zuri was just trying to help out. He found it odd that Abby was having these cravings but if he could help her satisfy them then he was happy.

Abby got a disgusted look on her face. "Or I could just drink the water," she replied. "What you're describing sounds absolutely awful. Could you see anyone drinking that? That's sick!" She might be a vampire, but that doesn't mean she doesn't have any taste buds.

"Seriously, man. That's nasty. I'm so glad I already ate," Strips butted in, trying to hold back the need to gag.

Zuri just started to laugh. "Yeah yeah, I know. I was just throwing the idea out there. Just wondering if you'd actually think about it." Which he didn't think she would. Idea actually made him a bit naucious as well. It'd be all slimy and sick, not to mention how wrong it'd taste. But he didn't get a reaction that he didn't think he wouldn't get. But Zuri just decided to turn back to the TV and start watching again. The show was getting to the good part.

Abby stuck out her tongue and replied with a simple, "Nasty." Why would he even throw an idea like that out there? She realized he was trying to be helpful, but making her gag and loose even more blood wouldn't have helped. That's what she needed; she needed blood. Unfortunately, there was no way for her to get it.

"Well ladies, I think I'm gunna head to bed. Got a big day tomorrow so you might want to think about doing the same." Strips stood, picking up his plate and glass, and began heading for the kitchen. He walked to the sink and placed his dishes inside, and then walked through the living room again. "And Zuri, same deal as last night. Abby, wake me up and I'll move."

"Hmmm, same deal as last night. Oh yeah, ah don't worry about it man, I've gotten my comfy spot on this couch. I rather like it." Zuri was comfy on the couch. Having a feeling of being closed in and safe was kinda nice. Usually when your in a bed you feel as if you could get hit from any side but on a couch you are in a partially safe spot, and he liked it on the couch. "I'll just go ahead and sleep on the couch again." Zuri then took another drink. He really didn't feel like going to bed just yet. He slept practically all of yesterday and being up till 10 or 11 wouldn't be so bad. He kinda needed to feel tired before he wanted to lay down and fall asleep. Which as of now he just ate so most he wanted to do was lay back and digest his meal.
