She took off at a sort of run ((ermm imagine it kind of like Jack Sparrow's, only not so gay. ^^)) toward the house, still holding Rasi's hand. She was frantic to get to some warmth! When she made it there, after much tripping over her own feet, she read a rickety sign on the door that said: Taelia's House: Quests Closed. 'Quests closed', what the, what the heck??

((No, but she can see the images in her mind, sorta. She still can't see with her eyes.))

((...... How about she still can't see anything, cause if she can see things with her mind then there is no point in fixing her vision because she can still see......?))

((It's only temporary. It's gone now, and she has no idea what that was all about nor that the water did it. xDDDD One time thing, just to get them to shelter, and because I forgot she was blind when I wrote it. ^^))

(( ok whatever...)) Rasi was shocked the she actually was running the right direction and everything, her other senses must be better now that her sight is gone but definitely not that good. he stopped in front of the house just as the fist snowflakes started to fall. He banged on the door with one have and squeezed Vi's hand to reassure her with the other. ((darn, got to get to bed... ttyl...))

((okay, 'night. ^^ *tis only 7 o'clock here*))
An irritated-looking faerie opened the door. She frowned at them. "Can't you read the sign?" ((LOL wizard of oz!! xDDD)) Taelia asked tiredly. "There's a storm coming in and I'm not doing any quests."

((Muahahaha *sneaks on*))
Rasi hadn't read the sign actually, "Ummm, well yeah that is why we are here, we need shelter..." he said hoping she would let them in, he had heard about Taelia and she wasn't the nicest of all faeries... "Please?" he said begging, now.

((Ahhh, I've done that so many times.. *revels in memories* good times, good times... XD lol ))
She sighed, rolled her eyes, and opened the door wide. "Come on in," she said.
Vi followed Rasi inside, still holding his hand, and heard Taelia shut the door. She'd heard Taelia was really nice but looked to be a little not so.
"So, what are you two doing out there, anyway?" the faerie asked.

((ok well I had an idea, Taelia could be that person that can heal Vi but of course she wants something in return. So they get Vi memory and sight back but then they have to go on this quest for their payment, ok....? ^^))
Rasi blinked but then started walking in, he was surprised on how warm it was in here, a little too warm for his comfort. He looked over at the faerie when she asked her question, "My friend," He noted back to Vi, "had a little mess up in her boat and regretfully lost both her memory and eyesight, I have heard of someone who can heal her so that is where we are going..." Rasi said taking a seat at her table. The faerie had all sorts of stuff laying around, a lot of things he could only wish of having. He had always wondered what all the quest items were used for but it seemed like they were just decoration here...

((Okay, sounds good. ^^ Which is also why Vi could see the house--because Taelia's healing magic burned the image into her mind, how about that?))
Taelia blinked. "You'll never make it anywhere anytime soon out in this weather," she stated. She looked at Vi. "How long ago was it that you went blind?"
"I think about two days ago," the pirate answered. "Same goes for my memory, I'm sure."
"Then I can heal you fine," the faerie answered. "At least, I can heal your sight. I can't do much about your memory, but... I will let you stay here until the storm lessens, and I will heal your sight and that injury in your shoulder, but in return for my services and hospitality, you'll need to go on a quest and bring me something back. Is that understood?"
Vi nodded. Anything to see again, she thought.
((haha I have another snow day xDDD))

Then it hit him, Taelia was the person he was thinking about! Duh! Rasi couldn't believe that he forgot that. "Yeah it was two days." He said clearing them up. He smiled and squeezed Vi's hand when he heard that Vi was finally going to get back her eyesight, they would have to work on the memory but eyesight was good enough for right now. He nodded when the faerie asked if they had understood, she was a faerie they would have to go on a quest for a service of hers, that was how it was. "So what do you need us to get?" he asked, trying to calculate how far they would have to go...

Taelia put a finger on her chin in thought. Then she walked over to an end table, opened the drawer, pulled out a pen and a piece of paper, and started writing. She handed it to Vi. "Relax," she told the pirate. "This will only take a few moments." She lifted a single finger and placed it gently in between Vi's eyes. A bright blue light slowly burst from her finger and filled the room.
Vi's eyes filled with the light. Her eyes were corrected and once the light vanished and Taelia put her finger down, she blinked, and saw the dark-haired faerie. She held up her hands and looked at them. Her wrists were covered in too many bracelets of various colors, shapes and sizes for her to count, and every finger had at least one ring. Her ankles also had all those bracelets, and she wore a ton of necklaces, too. Her boots were covered in snow. She turned and braced herself.
She saw Rasi. He looked different from what she imagined. Different, but better. She saw no bloodied fangs, no sharp claws, no menacing glare in his eyes. He was just a simple-looking guy that didn't look to have any reason to hurt anybody. She smiled, and hugged him. Taelia smiled softly.
