((  )) It seemed like nothing was bothering Vi, she wasn't complaining about the cold or the snow like most people did. Yeah she had his jacket but that wasn't a lot... "Just tell me if anything is wrong ok?" He said wanting to make sure everything was ok before he really ventured out into the snow. |

Rasi plowed on through the snow, it was snowing heaver than usual. 'Oh crap I hope we don't have a storm moving in...' he thought looking up at the sky. 'That would make our three day hike a heck or a lot longer.' he continued to think, sighing and glancing back at Vi to make sure she was still OK. He brought his eyes back to what was in front of him and focused on the journey ahead of them, thinking about everything thing they might be able to do to avoid a possible storm.

Vi could tell the snow was falling heavily. She wished she could control the snow like she could water... wait, where had that thought come from?? Her fingers itched to try something, anything, but she kept focused on where she was going. She walked forward, keeping a pace that kept her from walking into Rasi or holding him up. She tripped over the rope. At this she shoved some snow into the coat pocket, then tried to stand.

Rasi instantly stopped to help her up, "I knew this whole rope thing wasn't a good idea..." He said untying it. "Maybe I can make a sled or something..." He said looking around for some wood but even if there was some it was covered in snow. "Hold on maybe we don't need a sled..." He said concentrating on the snow in front of them and turning it into solid ice. He grabbed the blanket out of his pack and laid it on the ice. "Here let me try something..." He said picking her up and setting her on the blanket then pushing her back and jumping on the blanket himself. They flew across the ice, picking up speed as they went. Rasi made sure that the snow in front of them turned into ice before they reached it. This was definitely going to get them at least a day ahead of schedule.

Vi could feel the wind whipping against her face, but it wasn't a wind pushing her back, rather, it felt like she was moving forward, and quickly.

Rasi slowed them down, the area was becoming rocky. They were soon at a full halt, "Well that helped, we might actually get there ahead of schedule..." He said lifting her off of the blanket and back onto the solid snow. "So do you remember anything?" he asked folding up the blanket. They might as well get to know each other, they were going to be traveling for about two days...

She shook her head. "Not really, no," she told him sadly. Her shoulders slumped. "Everything's just a blur, in my mind. But there is one thing I seem to remember..."

Rasi didn't expect that last statement after her first one, "Oh really? What is that?" he asked hoping she wouldn't say something stupid like her favorite color... He was actually quite interested in her, maybe if he found more about her he could solve this mind bugging question on why she was up here in the first place...
