"I'll need my sight back," she reminded him, "and I'll need to know where I'm going. I still don't know where that was." She sighed. This was too complicated for her. She wanted to see, and she wanted to remember things, and she wanted out of the cold... but she didn't really want to leave Rasi.

Rasi raised an eyebrow when she all of the sudden changed the subject and then frowned, "Yeah I know..." He said and leaned his head on hers, "I will do all I can to help you get your sight back, I promise..." He said and let out a sigh... He wasn't one hundred percent positive that this guy would get her sight and memory back. He had heard that he could do such things but never seen him do it with his own eyes...

She didn't answer him. Her heart was all aflutter when he leaned his head on hers. She blushed, and had to turn her head downward. No. She really didn't want to leave Rasi. For all she knew he lived on the other side of Neopia from wherever she lived. But he had a thing for ice and the cold, and she couldn't stand it. How would they comingle out in the real world?

Rasi frowned when she moved her head away, "I'm sorry.." He said and straightened back up. He was thinking the exact same thing, even if they did get a good relationship going, it would never work. She was a pirate and would want to go back to the sea once she regained her memory of it and he couldn't just leave his dream of discovering the rest of Terror Mountain... He twiddled his thumbs, trying to see if there was any possible way for them to stay together.

"Sorry for what?" she asked. She really liked him a lot, and even if they did manage a relationship of some sort, there was still the matter of her having not seen him yet. How could she trust him as much as she did? He hadn't hurt her yet, but that could just be a ruse to gain her trust and then do something, anything, with her - take her things and sell them, kill and eat her - before he disposed of her. How did she know he wasn't a con artist? But somehow, she knew. She knew for sure, somehow, that he was all right. A good guy.
...And she was a bad guy. She couldn't shake that feeling.

"Ummm, uhh, well I didn't think..." Rasi said now blushing himself, not able to finish what he was trying to say. He wasn't sure if she like him like he liked her, he figured that she moved because she was uncomfortable with him. She hadn't done anything to show that she liked him, she seemed to trust him but that was it. It must be a problem not to be able to see him though...

She sighed and turned her head to him. "I'm sorry," she said. "It's just.. well, I can't tell if you're tricking me into trusting you. I.." She gulped, nervous. "I really like you, Rasi, but I can't if you're going to lead me off a cliff. I have a gut feeling you're a good guy, but I still can't be certain. I'm really sorry."

Rasi was somewhat surprised that she said that, he thought what she said for a moment and then smiled, "If you can't trust me than trust your gut..." He whispered to her, kissing her lightly on the forehead. Either way he was telling her to trust him, he would even think about hurting her right now, he had no want or reason to. At least now he knew what she was feeling, trust was a big thing though, if he couldn't get her to trust him all the way then there was no way he could get her to the healer's house...

She froze when she felt him kiss her forehead. A hot blush rose to her cheeks. Damn it, she thought, why must I have such a tendency to blush?? Even on blue skin! Still.. she felt that she really should trust her gut. She could feel that she almost always did so, but she didn't know why. Still, what made her think he was a good, innocent guy, and she was the nasty villain?
Easy - she was a pirate, and he was a simpleton. Pirates steal and kill and drink and have a good time doing it. Normal people like Rasi didn't like pirates all too well. She wondered if she'd ever killed people before just for fun. It sent a shiver down her spine.

Rasi smiled as Vi blushed, she still seemed to be thinking too much though, "Oh, come one, smile!" He laughed and started to tickle her on the waist. He didn't think she had smiled once this whole time and he did want to her to be comfertable around him. He didn't want her to worry about him too much or she might have doubts...

She shrieked when he started to tickle her and laughed insanely. "Stop it, stop it!" she cried, laughing and swatting at his hand. Boy, was she ticklish! Was she always this way, or was it the cold?

"Ah ha!" Rasi laughed and rolled on top of her, still ticking her, "A little ticklish are we?" he asked, laughing. This was a lot better than the Vi who wanted to sit and talk all the time.

She shoved him off of her and rolled away. "Quit it!" She was still laughing even when he wasn't tickling her. "No, no, no!" She didn't like being tickled very much, but then again, who did, really? She held her hands up to block wherever he was coming from next. Suddenly, though, she felt something melt inside her, both scorching hot and icy cold, and all her able senses, minus the sight, grew extremely sharp. She turned her head, heard where Rasi was from vibrations in the ground, and ran after him. She shoved him down the hilly snow and yelled, "Watch out!" Not a moment after she said that, something flew through the air and pinned her in the back. She gasped, and fell to the ground, rolling down the hill.

Rasi stop laughing immediately as he watched her roll down the hill, leaving a scarlet trail of blood behind her. He ran as fast as he could down the hill, kneeling next to her. The arrow had broken off on her way down the hill but the point was pretty deep in her shoulder. He scanned her body for any other injuries and unwrapped a bandage from around his left arm. He wrapped it tightly around her shoulder, creating pressure on it so it would stop bleeding.
Once Rasi was finished caring to Vi he kissed her head and started chugging back up the hill. He hated to leave her injured at the bottom of the hill but he had to find out where the hell the arrow had came from...
((she doesn't go unconscious again ok??))
