Cera & Arathyne RP

[Lilium]

The Xweetok blinked. "We'll be out of here in less than a minute." Sure enough, in about twenty-two seconds, if you wanted to go all exact on somebody, they had exited the jungles completely, and Arathyne could see Geraptiku. Another minute got them there and Arathyne began searching for the tunnel while she told Cera she could rest if she wanted to.

[Kiweh]

((no she was just tired from dragging her suitcase, she didn't bring it with her...))

"Wow, this thing goes on forever...!" Cera said looking into the darkness of the cave and sitting on a rock to rest her legs, "Where do you think it goes?" She asked still admiring the deepness of the cave. She didn't go out a lot, into nature, and when she did it was just a walk around the park with Azura or a race to the store with Lue...

[Lilium]

"I'm not sure," she said, grinning, "but if you're worried about not seeing anything, I have this." She pulled a little brown pouch out of her sweatshirt pocket. A soft red glow emitted around its edges. She pulled the top flap of the pouch down, and there was a small, glowing crystal inside. It glowed an orange-red color. "Tahtrei can work with light and all that," she explained, "so I took it from her room a few weeks ago. She's got tons, so I'm sure she didn't mind."

[Kiweh]

Cera looked at the lighted stone with interest, "What exactly is it?" She asked holding out her hand so she could hold it. It looked as if it were hot or burning because of it's color. She had never seen anything like that before, "Where did Tahtrei get it?" She asked curious.

[Lilium]

Arathyne tilted the pouch. The stone toppled out and into her hand. It was both warm and cool to the touch at the same time, sending an icy-warm feeling through her body. "I'm not sure what it is exactly," she said, dropping it into Cera's hand, "but I know that she makes them herself from stones off the ground. She makes them in her room or wherever. Whenever she's doing spells, the witch always keeps her room heavily protected from intrusion. She says it's for, in case something went wrong and backfired, only her and the room would get whatever damage it did."

[Kiweh]

Cera wasn't expecting it to give off such a weird feeling and dropped it, "Oh sorry..." She said and carefully picked it back up again, "Weird..." She said turning the stone over in her hands, mesmerized by the beautiful glow, "Do you think it's dangerous?" she asked now worried if she should even be touching it.

[Lilium]

"Nah, it's harmless." She waved a hand as if to dismiss the idea. "The most damage it could possibly do is form a bump on your head if, you know, I threw it at you. It's just like a normal stone, except for the fact that it, well, kind of glows."

[Kiweh]

"It feels funny too..." She said giving Ara back the stone and walking again, "but I guess your right..." She said calming herself down about that. She brought out her iPod again, "Any song requests?" She asked, she had like every song in the world on her nano so she didn't think there would be a problem with that.

[Lilium]

Arathyne took back the stone and held it in her hand as they began to move toward the tunnel. "No, it's, erm, fine," she mumbled. "You can pick the song." She always got a little embarrassed when music was the topic of conversation because like her owner, she was a J-Pop fanatic.

[Lilium]

((Hey, y'know how, on Arathyne's petpage, the picture on the side, how she has that weird necklace thing around her neck? Well, she doesn't have it in the rp--not yet. Just, y'know, wanted to make that clear. ^_^))

((oh ok ^^ I drew a pic of Cera + Ara (I have to put it on my computer still), but she has the necklace on...))

Cera shrugged, "Ok, hmmmm, lets see..." She said and ran her finger over the circle in the middle and tried to find a song that the both of them might like. She ended up picking 'How to Save a Life' by The Fray and turned up the volume all the way so Ara could hear it out of the earphones too. She placed the earphones around her neck, letting them hang, and put the iPod in her pocket, "Do you like this song cause if you don't I can always change it..." She said hoping Ara wouldn't care cause she really liked this song.

[Lilium]

((That's fine, keep it on, it should be there. See, we haven't roleplayed it yet, but once this one and the one Erika and Mazey are doing are done, Cera and Ara will be like, better friends and Will and Niko will have like, their things worked out, so that we can all rp together and do the one where Vi and Ara get stuck on Niko's pirate ship and then stranded and Arathyne finds herself falling for the pirate and making friends with her sister. Niko gives her the necklace but doesn't tell her much about it, except that she'd stay safe if she always wore it. She doesn't really want to take it off, since she thinks it's pretty, but she's still freaked by what he said. So it's always on. ^_^))

Arathyne nodded her head. "Actually, I kind of like it. It sounds pretty cool." The light from the iPod and stone lit up the walls of the tunnel as they ventured into it.

((I've never heard that song... *rushes off to listen*))

Cera smiled, "Yeah it's one of my favorite songs..." She said pushing the center button on the iPod every now and then to keep the back light on. She had it on shuffle so she really didn't have a clue what would be on next... She just hoped that it wasn't one of those stupid songs that she has on it, that would be embarrassing...
