Lael looked around, finally spotting the mutant Ixi. A smile curled onto her face. "Hello, Dhiablos," she said coolly. Your lady Cera has requested your company with her in the Palace. Please, do come along." Without waiting for him to reply, she grabbed his wrist and ripped open the air again, pulling him through before slamming it shut. She managed to find the Palace a lot faster than she had with Cera, when she'd been pondering where to put her. Now that she had a destination, they got there in no time.
Lael landed in the ballroom gracefully, and dragged Dhia with her to the hallway where Cera was waiting. "Got your beau," she said, dropping poor Dhia in front of the Bori and Wocky. Leo sniffed unappreciatively.

Dhia barely had time to think when Lael had grabbed him, now that he did his mind went into overdrive, and he made the error of trying to speak at the same time.
"what - Cera, where'd you - here, and she - wait, no - yes - no - and," he blurted out, feeling confused and disoriented.
"What's going on?" he said, now taking notice of where he was - a high-ceilinged ballroom with long windows and shiny wood flooring. He gave Cera a pleading look - at least she was here.

((actually, he's in a hallway right now, but whatever XDDD))
"She wanted your company, so I gave it," Lael said simply. "I'm only here to keep Cera safe, and if that requires bringing her someone to talk to then so be it." She yawned slightly. "I am the Guard, after all."
((lol, it's 2:52AM here, what time is it in Australia? XDDDD))

Cera was walking through the ballroom to the room Leo was escorting her to when all of the sudden Lael was back again this time bringing an awfully confused Dhia. Cera giggled when she heard Dhia try to get things straight in his mind, "Don't ask me... All I know is that we are in some sort of Dream land and I wanted some company so I asked for you to be here and now you are...." She said smiled slightly, twiddling her thumbs as she waited for a response.

Dre just nodded, "Ah, sounds fine to me. I don't care what you do, I'm just here to help you on your conquest because whatever you did with your vortex thing has helped us. I am just returning the favor." She said with a smile. When she mentioned 'us' she was talking about the undead that Abby had mentioned earlier. "So I shall do whatever you wish, master..." She said and walked over beside him, looking at the fire lupess with a grin.

Rasi looked at the store him and Checkr had ended up stopping at, "Yeah, it's a little dollar store but it has everything..." He said and tried the door but of course it was locked. He grabbed a nearby rock and broke the glass on the door, reaching around it to flick open the deadbolt. "Ah, there we go..." He said and opened the door easily, walking over the scattered glass as he entered.

Checkr stepped carefully over the glass, looking about the store in the almost non-existant light."There's no way we can find anything in this.." Sparked with sudden inspiration, She made her way slowly to the counter, hoping they would be there... And she was not dissapointed. The kyrii picked a lighter off the rack of the counter and lit it, being rewarded with a small, but under the circumstances, bright light. "You need one?" she asked Rasi, holding up the box.

Lael smiled, then winced and touched her upper left arm. "Umm, hey, you two have fun, I gotta go right now. Later," and without another word, she was falling through the dimensions and landing in a small village on Roo Island. She looked up wearily, gritting her teeth, breathing heavily. A sharp pain entered her arm, and the skin seemed to ripple, starting to reveal a small, twisted marking. She grabbed her head and screamed. The world around her seemed to pulse. She closed her eyes as Lael, but when the headache left and the fire in her arm snapped, she opened them as Bekka.
((Ooooh, dundundun! Lol I put her sort of far away from Neopia Central, so Bekka can kill in peace until somebody hits her. XPPP I have a weird sense of humor! XDDDDDDD))

"Uh...." said Dhia, watching Lael disappear into nothingness, "...right." He smiled and walked closer to Cera, looking around at this strange place. He didn't have a clue where he was, and strangely, all the problems that were going on, all the catastrophes, the meteor shower, the deaths... all of it faded subtly from mind. From what Dhia could tell, this effect was working on Cera too.
"Wait, Dreamland? So if I pinch you, will you wake up and disappear?"

Cera looked at him as he looked around, "Ummm, no I don't think so..." She said and tried pinching herself very lightly, nothing happened... "Na, but hey watch this." She said and thought up her neohome again, this time Sarah wasn't there. "See you can make the landscape whatever you want it to be." She smiled and looked around, feeling comfortable in her home. "This is my house. I don't think I ever brought you here before..." She said and looked back at Dhia with a sheepish smile.

Rasi spun around and looked at Checkr, wondering what she was talking about, "Ah yes." He said noticing the lighter, "Pass me one." He said holding his hand to await the catch.

"No, you haven't." he replied, checking out his surroundings. "Your house is really nice, see, I'd take you to my house, but there's not that much there - it's just a dingy apartment in Neopia Central."
He smiled and looked back at her. "This is really cool, we could go anywhere we wanted. Though," he paused, thinking, "I quite like it here. I dunno. I'll just follow you - wherever you are."
Dhia smiled and shuffled his feet. Then he felt goofy. So he put his hands in his pockets. Now he felt too casual. He hoped Cera wouldn't notice how stupid he must have been looking.
Nerves, stupid nerves. He really didn't know how to act. Dhia brushed his hair out of his eyes and looked at Cera, blushing slightly.

Cera giggled, "Why are you so tense?" She said, noticing his continuous change in position. She walked around, they were in the living room now, and went to a couch to sit down. "So ummm..." She said trying to start a conversation; she did want to ask him some questions, about their fight but she didn't think this was the time to ask them... The last thing she wanted was them fighting again, especially when they were now both suck here together.

"Catch!" she said with a faint smile, tossing him one. She set the box down, and then, thinking suddenly, grabbed a few more of the lighters and put them in her pockets. "Let's see... flashlights... flashlights... not potato chips.. flashlights..." she muttered to herself as she scanned the aisles, using the tiny flame to read the labels. "Batteries!" she said loudly, so that Rasi, whereever he was in the store, could hear. "Got those... Hey, anything else we might need while we're here."

Umber twitched her lip into a faint smile, then nodded at Shallo, ears flattening against her head. "Shouldn't I know my "master's" name?" she asked curtly.

"We need to organize search groups.." said Drift, trying to keep some semblance of order, which was only made harder as some pets had suddenly dissapeared into a hole... in the floor. Nerrone was kneeling down on the floorboards where they had dissapeared, and scanning the ground for some hidden clue.
"Nothing." she said after a moment, "And I can't sense anyone under there so they're gone from here." Drift nodded, but then turned to stare at Skypii. "If they're in another world...You think he could...?"
"Only the dream world." Nerrone responded, staring at the wocky.
((Yes, since it's a dream world and Skypii can go thru them w/ his powers.. Can he get in the dream? XDDD))

((It's not a "dream world", it's another dimension. It's just called the palace of dreams (and sorrows) because you can make stuff appear as if you're in a dream. XDDD))
Daani shifted from one foot to another, then went to Lue and Phyn. "You two want to go with Checkr and that Rasi kid or what?" she asked lamely.

Lue looked over his shoulder at the green aisha, "Sure, I've got nothing else to do..." He said and jumped down from the bar, "Where did that faerie Xweetok go?" He asked Daani, figuring she was paying closer attention than he was.
