[Kiweh]

Lue looked around Daani and at Checkr when Daani started laughing and then back at the aisha. "Uh, I didn't notice anything if that makes you feel any better..." He said but he really wasn't paying any attention, "Can you please just take these so I can get some other stuff?" He asked, his arms full of water and other beverages.

[Lilium]

Daani's blush deepened to a sort of crimson and offered out her hands meekly to take stuff.

[Kiweh]

Lue noticed her blush and raised an eyebrow, though didn't mention anything. He set the assorted drinks in her arms, slowly pulling back his own to make sure she got everything, "Ya got it?" he asked checking to see if she could handel the weight of the liquids.

"Yep," she said. "They're nothing, really." Having held so many heavy guns during her life, what were a few water bottles? She was just starting to wonder if she was really a good actress or if Lue was just plain stupid.

"Are you ok?" Lue asked wondering why she had all of the sudden became so shy. He turned around and grabbed some more water as he waited for an answer. He looked over at the beer cooler, debating if he should grab some. He remembered seeing a couple of pirates earlier so he knew he wouldn't be the only one drinking it and Rasi would probably have a bottle too if he convinced him...

[Lilium]

"What? Yeah, yeah I'm fine," she said quickly. "Where do you want me to put these?"

Vi stared out the pizza shop window from behind a curtain, thinking about Rasi. "I really screwed things up, didn't I?" she asked herself forlornly.

[Kiweh]

Lue shrugged it off, "Um, Ok... Follow me." he said squeezing past her with his share of water and walking back out the door, "Watch out there's glass..." He said gesturing at the ground. He walked back outside and reentered the pizza shop, "Water for everyone!" He said and placed all the bottles on a table, grabbing three for himself, Rasi, and Azura.

((I'm going to pretend that Alisa healed Phyn's wings, cause I'm tired of having to rememver they're injured o0))

"So, it's the return of our triumphant scavengers, eh?" Omega said heartily, grabbing a few bottles and tossing them to Phyn. The ruki stuffed them in her pack, working by the light of the two orange stones sitting on the table. She glanced up at Lue as he entered, but otherwise didn't say anything. Omega started slipping his armor back on, still he was once more clad in the shining metal.

Gorrio watched with some amusment as the pile of stolen goods arrived, and Omega grabbed one of the flashlights, putting in the batteries from a nearby box in before handing that too to Phyn.

"Alright, so, once everyone has a light, we'll split into groups based on whatever form of communication you have. So if you have a cellphone or anyhting, raise your hand." The grarrl said, moving more towards the center of the room so everyone could hear him.

I wake up. My body is trembling. "Lael," I growl. It has to be. I scowl, a look of anger on my face. I stand, tired of being stuck in this cell and finally going to do something about it. I search my pocket. They didn't take it, I see-- the little piece of wonders that looked to be ordinary pocket lint, but in fact wasn't.

Daani passed out more water bottles, her hands shaking. Not being near Lue for eight years was bad enough, but now that she was with him here, she was even more of a wreck than she usually was. Every time she looked at him, her heart stopped. And then, it was beating at an impossible speed.

Vi was pretending to look out the window, but out of the corner of her eye she was watching Rasi. He was so handsome, and had been so terribly kind to her when she was blind and without a memory and in foreign territory, and she went and screwed it all up. Why? Because she was a pirate, and pirates screw things up.

Ara woke in a room that was unfamiliar, and her head ached and she was shivering. Her vision was blurry. A woman's voice spoke to her, but she couldn't hear the words clearly, and she was given another blanket and a damp cloth on her forehead was replaced with a cooler, wet one. Someone gave her water and she fell asleep again.

Roni and Trei stood by the door. Actually, they were sitting. Silently. With growing irritation. Finally, Roni stood up, pulled up to her full height of five foot six, her eyes holding a dangerously regal look. She walked over to a table in the center of the room, walking with the grace and majesty of true royalty. Once she had plenty of eyes on her, she spoke, causing more to look.

"Why is everyone just sitting here chitchatting and trying to find a way to fix things?" she asked coolly, her voice like bitter honey, regal and commanding. "Do none of you realize the miniscule fact that something is going on and we need to fix it, now?" Her voice rose. "The humans are gone. So is Cera and that Ixi with her. And so too is Arathyne, who is probably one of the most dangerous people in Neopia." It rose even still, but she was not yelling, just speaking loudly. The entire room was silent. "Earlier this same night, a ton of people have died. Earlier this very same night, we'd all been attacked by meteors. And danger is just growing at an impossible speed. Now I wonder why we remain here, in this rickety, meteor-bitten Pizzaroo, when we could be out there"--she gestured to the outside world without actually pointing--"trying to find something other than water bottles and flashlights, and calling out who has a cell phone? Something meaningful. We all have abilities we can call our own. Some are more powerful than others. Some of us even possess a little bit of magick. So let us all use whatever abilities we have, magickal or no, and work together to find the humans and stop Neopia's magick from going haywire?"

Trei, Vi and Daani all stared in awe at the Shoyru. This was not any ordinary royal Shoyru speaking to them. This was the true Princess Ronyshia of the Lost Kingdom of Ahsla, and whether or not you knew her true title, there was a certain air about her right now; the way she moved, spoke, looked in her eyes all made her to be believable royalty. And up there (she had gotten up onto a table sometime during her speech), she looked no princess. No, she was a queen, a queen addressing her subjects in a time of dire need. And although she was not a queen and these were not her subjects, and she wasn't at all trying to make it that way, that was the vibe Trei and Vi, people closest to her, picked up. And they admired it greatly.

The three friends stared increduously at first. Phyn said nothing, but glanced around the room loking somewhat dazed, waiting for someone to answer. Omega opened his mouth to speak, but couldn't think of a reasonable way to present an arguement to this bold girl standing on the table.

It was in fact the outgoing, normally carefree hissi who made the first sound, a deep and hearty laugh to cover his shock. He was easily level with the shoyru from her own perch on the table, and his crest rose as he looked over at her. A slightly smug grin flitted his features as he countered her statement.

"Mind if I ask why you seem to believe we're not doing anything at all? Seems to me that so far we've got a pretty good system going for having no plan of action for any kind of event like this, the fact that most of us are strangers, and the fact that this is quite a daunting task ahead of us. Every move counts for something. With all this junk you say collecting is useless, our searching can be more effective, correct? You've never been aboard the spacestation during an attack, so you wouldn't realize that every job is important. Besides, we have to start somewhere, in finding the huams and the cause of these problems, correct?."

He of course did his best to keep a genial smile, but the strain under his voice was still audible. Omega and Phyn both watched the hisii curiously. They knew he could become serious at any moment, even though it was against his nature. His training aboard the space station couldn't be more obvious then watching the change appear in their friend.

[Lilium]

"Do not think my intellect inferior to yours simply because I have never been aboard personally," she warned, her regal attitude unwavering. "I've read plenty of books and manuals on how the space station works. True, that does not deterr my never having experienced it, but I know the technological aspect of it just fine." She gazed at him without expression, the look in her eyes almost challenging, as if daring him to reply to that.

Lue watched the shoyru skid across the floor to the middle of the room, knowing something big was about to happen. When she started talking he nudged Azura awake to make sure she was listening. He totally agreed with almost everything she girl said but then totally disagreed with some of the other things. He was glad when the hissy spoke up about them actually doing something. "Yeah we need phones to keep communication going between the groups and supplies if we happen to be searching for a long time." Lue clarified, a scowl forming on his face.

Rasi sipped on his water as the shoyru stood up, he glanced over at Vi when the girl started talking, knowing that the shoyru had some relation to her. He noticed her looking at him and smiled slightly but it quickly went away. He turned back to the speaker and took another gulp of water. Why was she still so attached to him after what she did? He thought glancing over at her again quickly, She practically poisoned him for crying out loud...
