Finally Daani put all her power into this one move, praying to the gods she'd been taught about growing up to let this save Lue and her friends, even if it killed her. She felt strong. She yelled loudly and slammed her hands upward, jolting up the intense force that had kept her down. She felt weaker, but she looked over and saw Lue with a glazed look in his eye that confirmed her suspicions that he wasn't all there.
"Lue!" she cried, running after him. He just stood there, right in the way... but she wouldn't let it get him. She shoved oncoming magickal forces out of the way so she could get to him, but he seemed to get farther the more she ran. Tears were running down her cheeks and the woman's laughter rang through her ears. Finally she broke through whatever trance she'd been under, and slammed into Lue, probably causing him to come to his senses. They went flying and hit the ground just as the train out of nowhere rushed past at frightening speed.
((hehe, I knew I had to put that in somewhere XD I'd had it planned from the beginning ^^))

Lue was jolted out of the darkness; hit head hit hard on the ground as the blasting sound of the train horn rang out. "What the...?" He said seeing the train and Daani, who was now on top of him, "The train...? It's real this time...?" he was officially totally and utterly confused but happy at the same time. He gave Daani a sheepish smile once he turned his attention back to her, just happy to see one of the girls alright. "I guess I was wrong... About the train and all."

((*dies* Gah, so what do WE do?))
Phyn had been snapping pictures of the inside of the castle, so she didn't notice at first when Lue and Daani went down the staircase. She was soon running after them, though, fluttering over the missing steps and her camera flingin madly.
"Hey, wait up you two," she hollored, catching sight of them entering a door at the bottom. She jumped the last few steps onyl to have the door slammed in her face.
"What?" she gave the door an obviously confused look, fiddling with the knob and yelling.
"Daani! Lue! Open the door! It's locked," the ruki knocked and thumped, oblivious to the danger inside.
She groaned, placing her ear against the door and catching a few mutters of conversation, but not enough to make out who was speaking. Well, it's definatly not Lue, so is it Daani? Or someone else? What's going on? these and various other thoughts ran through her head as she continued pounding on the door, the camera thumping in front of her.
((Dude, Phyn should totally have a soul stealing camera XD))

The woman was aggravated with Daani, but still a bit amused. She then turned her attention to the girls trapped in the stairwell. She materialized through the door and appeared before them. "She may have saved the hybrid, but you two are dead." She zapped them both into the other room and returned. She hung Phyn and Checkr from the ceiling with an invisible rope. "Didn't your parents tell you not to talk to strangers?" she mocked. "Daani's got you killed, right here, right now."
((Try taking a picture of the stupid lady, Phyn. *hint hint* *nudge nudge*))
Daani rolled off of Lue and wiped the tears off her cheeks as she said, "Yes, you were. But we haven't got time. We need to find a way out before she kills Checkr and Phyn." She stood up and offered him a hand up.

Lue paused, she was talking...? "You were the voice!! That voice that was telling me to run..." He said and grabbed her hand and pulled himself up, "I heard you, I was in this dark place and the only thing I could hear was you..." He said and smiled. There was a short pause before he looked around, "Where are we anyways?" he asked but then remembered they had limited time, "Never mind, just get us back to that castle place." He said and picked up the gun that had fallen off of him when he was tackled.

Phyn screamed as the she was hoisted to the ceiling. Her legs flaied underneath her and her wings were buzzing angrily, sending her twisting hectically fomr the invisible bonds. She didn't register what the women was saying, her sole thoughts on escape.
A few moments of hanging and she was able to muster some idea of sense. She took a deep fearfilled breath, trying to locate the woman who had trpped them. Her arms were tied to her sides, so she couldn't find anyway of getting herself down.
She couldn't see much of the woman, who was hiding in the shadows. She did catch sight of Lue and Daani beneath her, and quickly thought up the only plan she could. "Daani, catch!" she said, loud enough for the aisha to hear. she twisted, using her wings to flip to a position where her camera could slip off her neck.
She had noticed Daani's quick reflexes before, and figured the machine was in safe hands. Hopefully the aisha would catch on the simple plan. Phyn of course, had only heard stories of soul stealing cameras, but one in the hands of an oracle seemed like it would produce the desired effect.

"We're not here physically," Daani said quickly, "just mentally. We're unconscious on the basement floor. However, if the train had hit you, you really would have..." She couldn't say it. "This whole place is just an illusion... and we need to break it. But how?!"
And then she was hit in the back of the head with something. She grabbed Lue's arm without thinking and suddenly they were on the basement floor and she was spinning around and clutching Phyn's camera in her hands.
"What? You're back!?" the woman screamed. It seemed obvious this was not part of the plan.
Daani smirked, an idea in mind, and stood up. "Yes, we are," she said fiercely. "But you're gone." And her magick flowed into the camera as she pushed the button to snap a picture.
The light flashed, and the woman screamed. Daani's magick shot from the camera to the inside of her enemy's chest, and grabbed the feeble soul that lay within. It began to pull it out.
But even with all the screaming and pain, the woman had a last resort. Daani gasped; she knew the sparks forming at her fingertips. They would kill everyone in here instantly. She held the camera with one hand and threw one at her dangling friends, causing them to disappear and reappear outside the village. She looked at Lue, tears once again at her eyes. "I'm sorry, Lue," she told him. "Tell Phyn and Checkr I said I'm sorry." And then she sent him to their whereabouts and gripped the camera with both hands.
"I'm sorry," she said again, under her breath but more fiercely than ever.

It all happened so fast, one moment he was in what Daani called an Illusion grass area, then he was back in the cellar with Phyn and Checkr hanging from the ceiling, then Daani did something with Phyn's camera and was apologizing about something, and then Lue found himself outside in the grass again. He sat there stunned for a few moments before he looked over and saw Phyn and Checkr but not Daani... "Daani?!" He called out and stood up, looking around.

((;~; So... far... ahead Dx Dude, speaking of soul stealing pictures, my friend took a picture of amish people onetime and they got really mad and started chasing her  )) "Ack!" protested Checkr, swinging from the same invisible bonds. When she was hoisted she had been struggling violently, even yelling a bit, but then hung limply, forcing her body to relax. "Daani? What are you-?!" she yelled briefly, before she was... Well... She didn't know... The kyrii landed with a crash, though what had once been part of a hedge, a large overgrown bush, cushioned her fall slightly. She made a strange wheezing noise, all the air having been forced out of her lungs by the impact, then after a few moments regaining breath, fought her way out the bush, scratching herself several times over but not really caring. She immedietly spotted Lue and Phyn,"Are you two... Okay? Where's Daani? Where are we? What happened?" Her eyes were wide and the kyrii's white furred face was covered in scratches. Checkr stood up and began looking around. |

"There!" shouted Daani furiously, hot, angry tears coming down in a rush. "We'll both die, but at least you failed in taking my power or my friends' lives!"
"F-Fool!" the woman shouted. "Y-You should've saved yourself, while you had the chance!"
"And let my friends die in my stead? Never!" And then, she knew she had to put in more effort to save her life. She put all her energy into the camera and into the stealing of her opponent's soul.
The sparks flew and the castle exploded just as the last of the soul entered the camera.

Checkr suddenly turned, and if her eyes were wide before... now they seemed to almost take up half her face. She opened her mouth to say something, perhaps Guys? or Look out! or even HOLY S---!!, but there was no time to say anything.
The castle exploded, the force of the impact, even at this distance, throwing the kyrii to the ground, and surely her companions aswell. She instinctively huddled into a ball and tried to protect her head.

Phyn had landed hard on the gorund, and was too busy moaning at first to answer Checkr's question. She stared blurrily up at the two, laying on her stomach on the grass. She slowly took in the fact that they were obviously not in the castle, soon solidified by the fact that said castle exploded some ways off. The ruki threw her arms over her head, slowly starting to regain some sense of location.

Lue turned his head away from the castle as the blast rang through the village. He sat there for a while while the building smothered, again, not knowing what to do. He looked over at the other two, they were all scratched up and weak looking. He slid over to where they were and looked them over, "Are y'all ok?" He asked not wanting anymore of their group ending up like Daani had...

The kyrii twitched for a moment then slowly sat up, her hair hanging in front of her face like a curtain. She looked at Lue and forced herself to smile, just to make sure she could, though still looking shell-shocked, "Yeah.. I'm okay, what about you Phyn?"
